We completely remolded the master bathroom, added new floors to the entire house, fixed a broken plumbing line and replaced the drive through side gate. Jim Hay was very easy to work with and kept us updated with pictures since we don't live in the area. Jim offered cost-cutting ideas and we also contracted with him to do extra work. The job finished on time for the new tenant to be able to move in and start their pilot training. We plan to use Hay for future projects

Can not be trusted to accurately estimate scope of work and materials, serious cost overruns, sloppy workmanship, cuts corners where in areas not seen from ground level, leaves gutters and area around the premises littered with nails and roof trimmings and cigarette butts (yes, they were actually smoking on our roof in the middle of the forest), damage to gutters and deck. Had to clean and haul away over 100 pounds of debris from the gutters. In general, just a very poor experience. We regret our choice to use Wright Roofing.

Kudos to Butler for getting the drain cleaned and the plumbing fixed within 4-hours at a reasonable cost.
