For some reason, on the final day, (after he got paid) he told that us he was leaving to get parts and would be back in an hour. He left a puddle of water under the sink in my NEW vanity, (meaning that there was a leak in the drain he installed) and never returned to finish the job, or called to explain himself. After that disappearing act, I didn't bother to try and contact him, (though my builder did with no response) I'm done with Grant Plumbing. I had some trouble getting him to call back and respond to my texts in the beginning of the build, which I found very frustrating, and unprofessional. He "may" be good at plumbing, but his problems with communication and lack of integrity are nothing to be ignored. Unfortunately he's in Klamath Falls, with few plumbers to choose from. He has all the work he can handle and it may have gone to his head.

I kept getting blown off and when you're running a business that's unacceptable. They won't commit to anything with you. Don't be fooled by their assurances. They are false promises. The jobs I needed done were big bucks and they lost the work due to their inability to line up an electrician. My call in to them, with many follow up calls in between, went 8 weeks without any one coming out and I finally told them to forget about it. Theses people are horrendous and unreliable.

He had it fixed by the end of day. He was very prompt, knowledge to know what's needed and brought the part. Very professional. It was an extremely hot day, and with the air conditioner out, made it miserable for us. The value of the repair completed so quick was very appreciated. Last month, American home warranty set up a service call for a ceiling fan. Mr. Mince reached out promptly with an appt the next day at 9am. He was on time and immediately tested connections and found that the fan was old and needed replaced. He then called the home warranty for approval to replace and install. The job was finished within 2 hrs start to finish. That included going to purchase the new fan. When he left, the job area was completely cleaned up. We would recommend him, and we will use his services again I'm sure.

Jeff reworked his schedule because of the tenant and came that day. He was thorough, methodically testing to correctly diagnosed the issue of the aging but still very good American Standard Heritage 12 heat pump. He installed a replacement condenser fan motor. The tenant and I are both very happy. He's kind, competent and honest.
