We had it reinspected and the inspector said nothing had been fixed so they went out again and they said it needed to be dug out more.....so it sounds like they actually tried to bill us for something that was never done. It took a few calls to reach Kolby, but once I talked to him he came out the next day to look at the job to give a quote. It took a few days to get the quote but then he completed the job within a week. That timeframe worked for us since we had not moved in and had other repairs being made. After the job was finished Kolby came out and explained what he did and showed us how to work the shut off valve. He was easy to work with and completed the job as promised. I would use Basin Plumbing for other plumbing jobs.
