The seemingly 22yr old dude/Counter staff was thorough, not only in getting the right sized bolts i asked for, but also asked about my application. A couple of bolts fell off my motorcycle and I was referred to them by another nut bolt company that did not have what I needed but people were so nice. They had a couple of loose bolts. They gave it to me for free incredible company the Latino guy that served me I don't know his name Hundred percent incredible guy I recommend this company if you need nuts bolts something specialty they have it definitely will come back read more

We needed a specialty tap n bolts they had it and they were super helpful this place is great. I wish I had found them earlier we had searched all the major stores and no one had it or was willing to search for it. This place is great, they are one of the last mom and pop stores around. I believe Ray Sr has handed down the operations to Ray JR which is awesome. This place is great for when your working on any sort of project! Thanks this shop I was able to get all the bolts replaced in my 280z for all new ones. The people here are very friendly and always helpful! There's a 10$ minimum of purchase but it's always good to have plenty of bolts around for any occasion! read more

Brown Bolt & Nut is a family business founded by Emerson C. Brown (Brownie, as he was affectionately referred to by most of his customers). Brown moved out from New York in 1938 and, after working sales for a few companies, decided to try his own hand in business ownership. He began Brown Bolt and Nut by sharing a phone line and shelves at Henry's Welding.

Biggest issue I have with this place is they dont offer ApplePay or any digital payment method. Also, they have a $5 minimum credit/debit card payment. I don't understand why there is a $5 minimum on a debit card purchase. Since that is not a credit card payment. But I do somewhat understand the credit card payment. Since they may incur a fee for getting their credit card payments processes. If so, why not just charge a small surcharge on any credit card payment for any amount lower than $5? The guys who loaded our car were quick and friendly. Unfortunately we under estimated on the amount of bags we needed and had to come back to grab 28 more bags of rocks. Luckily the store had them in stock. Highly recommend to transport the items yourself because delivery is pretty expensive. The store closes early on Saturdays at noon and closed on Sundays. Keep in mind they charge a restocking fee if you buy too much material and want to return items.
