Long story short, we ordered 2 doors for a custom pantry from Home Depot and afternoon waiting 2 weeks, both were delivered damaged. A friend then recommended Rich Door & Window. We visited the shop and Rich was very helpful. They had the exact doors we were looking. They cost a little bit more but knowing we were getting better quality and not taking any more chances on possible damages, it was worth it. We decided to replace all of our windows (13) and sliding glass doors (2) in our home and shopped around various window companies before coming to Rich. They are very pleasant and knowledgeable and were very reasonably priced. They went over each individual window with us to ensure accuracy and code compliance. The order was placed with Milgard, and the delivery was exactly two weeks later. Delivered in good condition and placed inside my garage. If this level of service wasn't enough, we decided at the last minute to add an additional window. Called Rich up on May 30th and picked it up on June 7. I am leaving this review here to help others move-on immediately if they do not hear from Rich Door and Window or the contractors they work with. We were duped by the five-star reviews. We called Rich Door and Window late November 2020 expressing a serious interest in replacing four windows. They said they only sell windows and referred us to contractor David (of David Hambrick Painting) who came on December 10, 2020 and took measurements. We were expecting a quote, when we followed up with Dave early January, he said he lost the measurements. He came again at the end of January 2021, that is when we discovered that he sent the email to the wrong e-mail address. We were told that he would send our information to Rich Door and Window that evening and we will be CCd in the email. He explained that our next step was to go to Rich Door and Window and order/purchase the windows for him to install later. We followed up with David on 2/5/2021 to no avail. We then contacted Rich Door and Window on 2/6/2021 they said they will "investigate" and get back to us. They called us on 2/9/2021 stating that David is busy and overwhelmed and could not help us, and that they do not have other contractors to refer to us, "everyone is booked until the end of the year" they said. Not what we expected from a "2020 Milgard Dealer of The Year" or from a five-star yelp rated business. read more

I just ordered my second door from Rich Door & Window and really can't say enough good things about this place. The customer service here is awesome and they really take the time to help you figure out exactly want you want - and make sure to ask you questions that helps you also figure out what you don't want. I just had new windows installed in my home. Purchased the Millgard fiberglass windows. I hate, hate, hate the look of those cheap, white vinyl windows that you see everywhere. I would rather spend a little more, and get good quality windows, that look correct for my vintage home. This company is very good to do business with.
