Our knowledgeable and professional delivery drivers are dedicated to making deliveries on time and representing your company through a great customer service experience. Meet the Business Owner: Travis B.

Brown Box Couriers Owner/Operator Travis Bradford starts his day every morning early. "I wake up before my alarm goes off at 4:30 a.m." Leaving his security blanket as General Manager at a local Firestone Complete Auto Care, Travis is now focused on building his brand and his business through old school values combined with today's state of the art technology. "We want to be the trusted courier in our community. My family and I have lived in Ballantyne since 2015. I instill in my children that business is about relationships. It's about treating your customers like family. Because at the end of the day, people do business with people. It's not necessarily always going to be about the biggest brand name." Travis does admit that leaving his job to pursue small business ownership was an oh my moment but he says he feels it was in his path to do so. "We went out on faith when we moved to Charlotte in 2015. And we know that we are only moving in the direction that has been chosen for us.
