Today Sept. 23 2021, I decided to start the process once more, and had the good fortune of hearing about J&J. I called them at 4:24 PM (today) to discuss my issue and was greeted by Tiffany who in less than 15 minutes was able to clearly understand my problem and how we could start taking action to resolve my matter. She immediately suggested a course of action with a commitment to get back to me before close of business (same day results). At 5:03 PM (less than 1 hour later) I received a call back from Tiffany with a strategy and plan on how to resolve my issue, along with an email containing initial documentation supporting her strategy. Further to this exceptional experience, she was able to give me some rough cost estimate that are significantly more competitive to everyone else I have spoken to. (and wasted my time with). We were out for the afternoon unaware they were coming. They surveyed the outside and they called the lawerys/ buyers, to say we forbid them entry. We don't ever leave the doors unlocked at our house. We have an attack dog and don't want her to get out, so we lock the doors. So the rescheduled, and then an hour after they were suppose to arrive my husband sitting here missing work waiting for them the said they had to reschedule. So, they rescheduled with our realtor for 4pm the. Changed it to 11am. The showed up 1 1/2 late with out even calling. Then they were rude and had an attitude. They also decided it was okay to smoke in side my house. When I asked them to refrain lets just say that went of well. I would never use them or recommend them for anything. No one understand why they needed to measure the courtyard, everyone we've spoken to says they've never seen that done befor. Was it the lawyers way of raising the bill? Campions also never would we reccomend them after this. We also were kind enough to give the buyers our survey, but the lawyers rejected it. Unreal!

Craig just guessed on the location of the well against surveyor guidelines. after another month of failed communication and broken promises of coming to find the actual location of the well, no progress has been made. in fact, now my 72 year old mother has to fill up her camper she now lives in by hand because of Craig's lack of knowledge, skill, and integrity. he refuses to answer the calls of me or my mother even though he was paid in full and still has a final survey to do. STAY CLEAR OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS. they will rob you and not care who, or how it affects people.

The first meeting when he came to see the property and discuss everything with us; he spent a good deal of time and listened to us and explained in detail what we could expect. Once we had the placed cleaned out, they came in and took photos to upload to their site, which is far reaching. Chase or Neil would contact us frequently to advise status of the market. they were very communicative and very responsive. The end became dicey due to the title company whom the buyer chose and Chase intervened repeatedly to facilitate the closing in a timely manner. The bottom line is they got it done and stayed in touch throughout the process. i would highly recommend this team for your needs.
