I did not have top go to an office, see a person, just send pictures. WHAT? Too easy. I decided to take a chance. I was in constant communications with Tim Lee. He handled everything for me. Very professional and knowledgable. We had everything done in just a few hours. He did his research and found an error on my tax forms from Turbo Tax. We could not explain what or how that happens.
