I can always trust Brownies Unlimited for a cheap chocolate fix. At P25 per piece and with generous chocolate icing and toppings, my sweet tooth is more than satisfied. My favorites are the Rocky Road, which has nuts and marshmallows, and the plain chocolate chips on chocolate frosting - if I'm really craving for chocolate, this seemingly plain-looking brownie is the one that really satisfies.
If I want some more carbs, I usually get the silvanas (P30). It's quite big and puffy, so it's more filling than the brownie.
One time I bought the brownie chips (P65) to take home. That was the first time I heard of brownie chips and I was curious. And, wow - it indeed tasted like brownie, but has the solidity of a cookie. The taste is more concentrated, though. I am somehow reminded of a bread being flattened into a panini and made more flavorful. The brownie chips were addicting. read more
