When I returned for my rescheduled appointment, both an employee and the general manager were available. The general manager helped me, but her attitude was extremely unprofessional. She was rude, dismissive, and acted as if helping me was an inconvenience. As I was explaining where I left off in the process, she refused to add me to the plan I wanted--even after I showed her the plan directly from Verizon's website. Instead, she pushed a plan I did not want, and it felt like I had to debate her just to get basic assistance. At that point, I decided to go to a different location. I'm local to Blythe, CA, and I strongly recommend others do the same. Verizon is known for great service, but this store does not reflect the company's values or professionalism. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
