The staff at the Blythe ACE Hardware Store , has always been extremely helpful. The store is clean , well organized, well stocked and well staffed. During the Covid-19 stay at home order , they benefited Blythe hugely, remaining open as an essential business. The steps they have taken and are continuing to take to present a clean environment for both customers and staff are impressive. I also noticed Management almost immediately took steps to limit hoarding, so everyone in town could have a share of scarce products like toilet paper and sanitizer products . Wow. Just. Wow. What a great Ace! People, stock...the best I have ever been to. And I have been to many.

This Ace Hardware is a pretty large store. If my memory is correct it is the biggest Ace I have been in. A full lumber yard and other things. If that isn't enough they have a large gun counter that is always busy and a fairly good selection of fishing stuff. When the wife and I are in this store we always walk around and look at things. It is very interesting to see what we will find. On this particular visit I was looking for supplies for my Blackstone grill and did not leave empty handed. The wife on the other hand found a nice metal rack to display one of her rock slabs on (she is into rock collecting). To top off the trip we ended in in the lumber yard getting some pavers for a home improvement project. Great staff. Clean and well stocked store. Clean restrooms. Good prices. We are fans! read more

I forgot my chair at home and it was last minute and I needed a chair. I didn't realize how much stuff ace hardware had! They're was so much stuff and I wanted to stay longer to look around but we had to go so I didn't have time to! Excellent store with everything you need to include guns and fishing. Very helpful staff and prices are good. My kids fishing pole broke and needed a replacement for him, just the mark, they had one and everything else I could need. Lots of parking would go back. read more

They have a very good supply of hardware and the staff is very helpful. I have a disease that I have to go to the bathroom very often. The bathroom in Inland Ace Hardware is one of the nastiest that I have been in my traveling all over the United States. read more

Fantastic customer service! For a small town store, there always plenty of service people walking around looking for someone who looks lost/needs help. Love this store. They have everything! Customer service not quite what I'm used to at an Ace hardware. Lots of employees but not one asked if we needed help. As far as the guy with the one star review that bought the ladder, ladders are non-refundable, says so where you purchase them, and I believe on the receipt. I don't know where they hire help from but, like other posters have noted, the customer service at the Blythe, CA location was nonexistent. They don't offer to help and if asked to assist act as though they're doing you a favor to wait on you. And, just for the record, Ace is the Place to pay Twice the Price. Horrible!!! Can't believe the people here. I spent all my money on a ladder out here on a job site and come back to return it 10 minutes before closing and they won't let me. I needed that money to drive back to Palm Springs and for food. So now I have to sit overnight in the k mart parking lot until 7am in my truck with no AC because I have no gas. Al because they turned the computers off already. Well don't turn the computers off before closing. I've worked at stores like this there's no such thing as you can't turn the system back on. Even if so there are ways to do refunds and transactions when the system is down. They are POS's that don't want to take the extra 5 minutes to go grab a log book and actually help someone and do their job. I know this place is the only place out here, but I'm never coming here again I don't care if I have to take a 30' trailer with me to get everything I need. If I can avoid having to deal with these inconsiderate bastards I'll take that any day. read more
