Their employees are always helpful and answer any questions I may have. They have so many brands to choose from and are never out of stock. There have been a couple times I've bought something and end up getting the wrong item, then having to head home. A few weeks will pass til we return, and as long as I have the receipt, I'm able to exchange or return with no questions asked. I definitely appreciate that.

My husband and I stopped in to see if they carried the New Balance tennis shoes he likes, and although they didn't have the specific one he was looking for they did still have quite a few! Plenty of other brands too. I noticed a lot of flip flops and sandals, so if you're in the market for a nice pair of those, check this store out. My husband and I both felt that the shoes we looked at were a bit on the pricey side, but we also would rather support a small local business than drive into town and search through a busy department store with questionable customer service if this local place already has what we want. We didn't spend a lot of time here (we have a toddler that tries to run all over the place) but we had two different employees check on us while we were shopping around and they were very attentive. I plan on going back when the weather is warmer for a new pair of leather sandals! I'm glad this place is so conveniently located. I also have to add that I reached out to the store's manager (or employee that monitors their social media at least) via their Facebook page once to ask if they carried a certain shoe and got a response almost immediately. I apparently paid later than the 30 day window. I paid for the shoes in full but they kept adding $30 a month late fee fees until I owe them $358.82 then they sold this bad note to Midland credit management. They told me that they bought the bad note from Comenity bank. They realized I paid for the shoes in full. They just thought they could squeeze me harder than Comenity Bank. I don't care about FinePrint or penalties. I think they're being unrealistic and an unfriendly like business approach. I would strongly recommend shopping for shoes online. If they don't fit, you can return them for free. There's always a Walmart close by that doesn't rely on credit issues to make a living a self cheap and make their money that way. You can buy shoes wherever you want maybe you should consider the fairness of the credit institution behind the purchase. I've been working on some kind of resolve for the last two years. Despite being a loyal customer, I have consistently felt unwelcome. I've often had staff follow me around the store, repeatedly asking if I want items placed at the counter as if I were stealing. I chose to ignore it in the past, but this last experience crossed the line. When my husband and I approached the counter, the owner made a comment along the lines of needing to "look at us first to make sure nothing was different," which felt extremely insulting. Still, I brushed it off. Then came the checkout. I was initially told my total was $899 for a small number of items, even though there was a buy-one-get-one 50% off sale. After questioning it, she admitted she wasn't sure and recalculated it down to around $700. After that, she asked for my ID to match my card which had never been required before and then proceeded to start writing down my personal information, including my address, birthdate, and driver's license number. That is where I drew the line. I took my card and ID back and declined the purchase. At no point was there a reasonable explanation given just behavior that made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. As a person of color, this experience felt especially targeted. I was fully prepared to spend the money because I like the products, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'd rather shop somewhere I feel respected and welcomed.

First off, what this mall is not... it is not Plaza Peninsula (TJ), Antara (Cdmx), nor Andares (Gdl). However, it is a place where you can shop for everyday items at stores such as Sears. There is quite a variety of food options, of which we decided on Subway. I know, not very adventurous of us as far as food for this mall, but most of the other options didn't really interest us. The service at most stores is pretty decent, especially in the bigger chain stores. But decent service can also be found in the mom and pops type of places (my girlfriend went to a hair salon here, and they were nice people). If you're looking for value, this may be a good place to go. Save for the parking, you have to pay for it. But the fare is not high at all. This is a decent mall, busy when we came here, and staffed by friendly people.
