Less than a week ago my 6 year old clothes dryer began making a horrid noise. I've only recently moved to Maine and didn't know where to turn so I called a reputable appliance dealer who recommended Brown's, especially for work on Samsung products. Less than one week later, Brown's showed up promptly on time and politely, following Covid 19 precautions which I greatly appreciated even as Covid subsides, Brown's found the problem, repaired it with a new part, oiled and lubed the remaining parts and was out in less than an hour - all for under $125 for my particular repair. I couldn't be happier and will highly recommend them to all who need appliance service as well as call them first with any future appliance repair issues I may have myself. When I was in need of washing machine repair and searching for help he called me back quickly, gave a lower service fee than any other place I called and scheduled for a few days later.
