They had replaced the refrigerant and I was good to go but if the A/C went out again to bring it back. On June 3rd, my A/C stopped working again so I took it back to them. When I arrived to drop it off I was wearing my Army PT shorts and the front desk lady came closer, looked me up and down and said: "Look at those legs! I'm glad it's warm outside and that's right, I got no shame." I'm glad my wife wasn't there, cause it would probably have gotten ugly. Anyone would feel flattered with a compliment, but that felt completely out of place and wrong. Now imagine the opposite, I'm the one behind the counter and say that to a lady coming in as a customer? Later on, Bob called me and explained the Condenser was bad and it would cost $775 to replace it. I told him I would have to wait to get it fixed. He charged me again $50 this time which to my surprise would not be counted against the $775 if I brought it back to them. I just got off the phone with Auto Zone and they have a brand new Condenser for $120 w/ lifetime warranty. Called another shop and they can replace it for a fraction of the cost. Best of luck to anyone bringing your vehicle there.

This company said it was his rear Calipers (brake). Really?!? They replaced the rear Calipers, with no consent, did not supply the damaged parts at the end, and charged him over $500.00! Guess what?!? Didn't fix the problem (imagine that!). My son had to take the car to another (honest) repair shop, which diagnosed the problem as the front rotors. Now, I know cars, so the front rotors sound are way more the likely culprit! I am 56 AND HAVE NEVER, EVER, HAD TO REPLACE THE REAR CALIPERS ON ANY VEHICLE I HAVE EVER OWNED. Buyer beware.

This was my first time searching for an Exhaust/Muffler shop in the local Fayetteville area through…read moreGoogle & Yelp. I came across a few shops by doing reviews and calls. The first two shops were rude over the phone, but I was able to get a quick response when calling over Barry's on a Monday morning. Barry was extremely helpful when he installed my DINAN Axle-back freeflow exhaust for my BMW. Upon arrival, I walked into the front office and explained what I wanted done which was to fit and weld my exhaust as it was previously held together by a metal coupler. I wanted to ensure I did not have any exhaust leaks so I went in for the weld. From initial phone call, to visiting the shop, and having Barry work on my BMW took no longer than an hour and some change. He immediately started working on my car after we discussed what I wanted, the placement/fitment, and the price for the job. My BMW exhaust pipes are a little more complex with being at an angle versus most traditional exhaust having a somewhat straight angle for their pipes. Barry made sure the material of the pipe that was going to be welded on had a perfect fitment by rolling it to the actual inlet size. During the job, he checked in with me in-person to make sure the placement and fitment of my exhaust tips were to my liking. I really appreciated that as this was a very friendly customer experience as some shops wont tell you or ask you for your opinion/advice on how you want things done. Overall, I cannot speak for past or previous experience with some customers in the past. But I can say the work by Barry was meticulous and professional and at a very good price point for the quality of work. I was a very satisfied customer with my newly fitted DINAN Axle-back free flow exhaust. I even came back the same week after I let my exhaust tone break in to have him do a little more work on my mid-pipes. If you're looking for solid shop to work on your exhaust/muffler then I would definitely recommend Barry himself. I've had no issues both times I visited him and he quoted me fairly on the work and time put in the jobs he did.

Greg's Shop was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 2 hours of me dropping the truck off. The dealer had my truck for 5 days with 0 results other than an overblown estimate. Needless to say I will only be using Greg's Auto Service and Repair going forward and I suggest you do the same.
