Ray and his amazing team of drivers never let me down. The cars are always immaculate, there are phone chargers and bottles of water available. They are early for an on-time pick up, every time. The drivers are kind, patient, helpful, and take my lead if i am in a chatty mood or prefer some quiet time. Prices are reasonable and you can set your account up to include gratuities so no scrambling last minute for cash tip for the driver. I choose them every time- sure they may cost more than ube but i gladly give a few extra bucks for this family-run business, and for my own peace of mind.

I dialed the number ready to hear apologies that would only anger me more. The last thing I expected to hear is that I had a reservation for the next day. Instead of arguing with me over whose fault it was! You immediately reacted with the comment "let's get you home" . You mentioned you had an affiliate service in the area and would get to me shortly with a time frame they could get to me. While you reached out to your affiliate company. I searched of the evidence that your company was at fault. After finding the paperwork I saw that it indeed read the day after my arrival and it was an obvious mistake on my part. Minutes later you called me back with the news that a driver will be meeting us within 15 minutes. Five minutes later, the driver pulled up curbside and whisked our exhausted souls home. All service professionals are coached to under promise and over deliver. You must have earned an A plus in that class! Your calm demeanor, call to action (not to blame,) and more important your ability to "get me home" with such short notice places you in an elite class of customer service providers. My Dad is 94 and my mother is frail. The owner took a great deal of time discussing their needs with me prior to booking and he followed through on every single promise. My parents left their bags in the kitchen and the driver took them from there. Once at the airport the driver took their luggage to the outside checkin and made sure Delta Airlines arrived curbside with two wheel chairs to take them to the gate! The same first class treatment occurred on the return. The next day the owner called me to ask how the experience was for Mom and Dad. Wow I have traveled the world and I don't ever recall better service. It is rare theses days! Oh and to top that, it was the best price too. This is one of those company's that actually cares. I hope they do well in that very competitive business. Lastly, my fathers shipped was bombed going to pick up injured soldiers, my dad suffered an injury that took decades to heal, and he did that so the rest of us Americans could live free.
