Had reserved a private airport limo to go to MIA. It was a horrible experience. The driver showed up 45 minutes late which is inconceivable for a driver taking you to catch a flight. When he finally showed up, I requested that he get to the airport asap so I didn't miss my flight. He responded in an egotistical and self-absorbed manner, complaining that I asked him to get me to the airport asap so I didn't miss my flight! which I almost did. We used Infinity during our recent trip to Ft Lauderdale for our transfer from the airport to the hotel. Our driver, Leo, was great... professional and very personable. Our flight landed a little early, but they monitor the flights and Leo was there ready and waiting. The vehicle was spotless. We had to change our return transfer due to the record rainfall and closure of the airport. Our driver Troy drove us to West Palm Beach since we were able to get a flight out of there. No problem changing our transfer. Troy was on time and the vehicle was again spotless. He even had to wash the SUV between trips and before picking us up...car washes were backed up due to people trying to cleanup their cars from the floods. Communication from Infinity was great with email and text reminders and updates. I chose Infinity due to their great, consistent reviews. Other service providers had good reviews but they were very inconsistent, and although their quote seemed to be lower, they had hidden fees that came up later. Infinity quotes included everything...tip as well as all other charges...no hidden fees. Just sign at the end of the trip and done. I highly recommend Infinity. read more

I have used this company for close to twenty years but not anymore. I had a very rude driver that yelled at me after he gave me bad information on where he was. Called me a name I won't repeat. I refused to get in the car and called an Uber. It's not that he was rude - stuff happens but I called and left a message for Miranda and also sent them an email. No one ever got back to me. Even after 20 years as a customer. So, no more - I am tired of poor customer service from companies and believe there should be consequences. read more

We were exceptionally happy with Infinity Transportation and would give them more stars if they were available. This was the first time we have used a car service for transportation but since we had such an early flight on debarkation felt safer using them over a cab or rideshare. We had booked them very early and not knowing how long it would take to get off the ship was concerned. This was not an issue. The driver contacted us and let us know he was there and he would wait on us. We got off the ship and let him know we were ready and he was there in just a couple minutes. He loaded our bags in the nice clean Escalade and we were on the way to the airport. One of the easiest rides and is well worth the money. We will be using them in the future. read more

6 of my girlfriends and i rented a stretch limo from Ft. Lauderdale airport to Miami. Met the driver at baggage claim, he then told us to wait outside by the limo sign, we waited for about 15-20 minutes. We got a flat tire on the highway (not their fault) but we were stranded on the side of the road for another 20 minutes, with out luggage outside of the car on the highway. The driver told us someone was going to come pick us up and we assumed it was going to be another limo because that's what we paid for. What picked us up was a shuttle van... which isn't the experience we paid for. We were late for our dinner reservations, so they gave our table away and we had to pay a fee for missing our reservation. I have tried calling the limo company a few times to try to see if we could get a discount and they have been avoiding my calls and not returning my messages. Overall i would never use this service again. Extremely disappointing, and it was a horrible start to our weekend. read more

We have used this company in the past and had a great experience. This time was a disaster though. They were hired for a meet and greet service at Fort Lauderdale to a Miami hotel for 7 people and a pick up at the Miami pier to Fort Lauderdale airport a week later. 1. Upon arrival, our meet and greet service was not there. We didn't receive a phone call or a text. We had to contact them to find out where our ride was; only to find out that we would be picked up for curbside pick up. The driver did remove the charge for the Meet & Greet service though. 2. We were scheduled to be picked up at 930am at the Miami pier, 7 of us(2 children, 4 adults, and 1 senior). Upon arrival outside at 915am, we called to locate our driver so he could tell us where to meet him. He told us he was on his way and for us to meet him at the passenger pick up. After many frustrating phone calls he finally arrived at 10:16am. Over 45 minutes late ! The excuse was there was unexpected construction near a hotel. (it is their job to know these things and to modify their schedules) Also, we saw him drive by to drop off another passenger at a different ship 20 minutes after he was supposed to pick us up. The company took off the pre-paid Drivers Gratuity for the inconvenience. (Please keep in mind, that if you are late....they charge you in 15 minute increments/but they took the driver's gratuity as compensation) The only reason I gave a 2 star is because our first experience with them was amazing, but this time these 2 instances were horrific. read more

Got to Ft Lauderdale Airport after a hellacious six hour flight that was supposed to be two and a half. I had booked the ride from New York not knowing what to expect when I arrived in Florida. Though my flight was hours late, the driver was there, helpful, professional and kind. The car was clean, air conditioned and even had bottles of cold water in the cup holder. We booked round trip from Ft Lauderdale Airport to our cruise ship. The service was exceptional from booking to drop off. Great communication! We were contacted by the driver letting us know he was at the airport as we were getting our luggage. A few minutes later we were getting into the car, which was extremely clean, and exactly what I had reserved, relaxing with some water. The driver was helpful, very nice and professional. I requested a change to an earlier pick up than our original reservation. They got back to me quickly and confirmed the new pick up time. Driver was courteous, prompt, and anticipated possibility of us having even more bags going back than coming (although I am sure that's not uncommon for travelers to vacation destinations). The cost for 9 people was much cheaper than driving two cars and parking at the port ourselves, not to mention the convenience of not having to navigate SoFla traffic during rush hour. They were very flexible through several changes that were made after the booking and the fees for additional stops were very reasonable.
