Newly open is the guest rooms so if you want to stay in the hotel you will get to enjoy the views even longer over looking the ocean. The food and drink is great value but the rooms are a little pricy but it is in a exclusive location. If you are in the area it is a must.

This is a takeout only spot. There is no seating nor does there appear to be seating nearby. There weren't any obvious alcoholic beverages available. There is a few parking spots right in front of the front door ramp, but you can just park on the residential streets. Just find a spot where other cars are parked and there aren't any no parking signs and you should be good to go. We ordered 2 fish and chips with curry which was the special. You can also get it with green peas. We didn't try anything else but really enjoyed what we got. Don't go here expecting some sort of life-changing experience just because you're in Cornwall. But if you're craving fish and chips it definitely met expectations. If you plan on walking here it's all uphill but certainly walkable without any issues especially if you're staying in St. Ives.
