But while at the store, I asked about lumbar support in their recliners and realized my old recliner likely contributed to my back pain. Both items had to be ordered but they were worth the wait. I am super happy with the Sealy mattress and Flexsteel recliner I purchased. Although the recliner was more expensive than I wanted, I knew the quality and durability would be worth it in the long run. Steve is knowledgable about the products and was key in my decision to purchase them. And I really enjoyed the installation team. The young gentleman was super friendly, helpful, funny and kind. The layout, the selection, the people working the counter, it is all just a great experience. Now, smaller bookstores like this one tend to have smaller selections, but the Book Vine is more than happy to special order anything you would like. They keep those special orders behind the counter with your name on it. The book Vine is so aptly named as it not only sells books, one can also pick up a lovely bottle of wine as well. They have a special (closed doored) area of the shop dedicated specifically for grapes masquerading around as wine. So, you can ideally plan a lovely evening of books & drinking something I know you Yelpers enjoy. The shop itself is split up into two levels, 1st floor has books, wine, magazines, and also the checkout counter. 2nd level, has comfy chairs to sit and read the used books that are stored up there. It is a great place to go and relax. I would imagine that this is a great place for a book club to have its regular meetings as well. We went to SOS Catholic charity at the recommendation of Goodwill to donate couch cushions. As we…read morewere putting them in the bin, a tall,​ slim, balding, 60's white male came outside and immediately started yelling (yes, YELLING) at us​​​ for putting the cushions in the donation bin saying that they would have to pay to get rid of them!​ Their sign only said they wouldn't accept electronics. He continued berating and attempting to intimidate us (2 older women). We felt threatened. He took one of the cushions and literally THREW it at my sister.​ ​​We loaded the cushions back up and as we were getting back in the car we heard him say to another volunteer "f***king people". This behavior was very disturbing and entirely uncalled for. ​If there is any question as to the validity of this statement, St Mary's and SOS personnel can pull the video recording on this date at 12:20-12:40 pm. I certainly will never go back to SOS to donate or shop. ​
