They're doing a great job with COVID protocols. You wait outside or in your car until called to come in, so that you're the only one in the main area during check in and check out. You have your temp taken and asked to sanitize your hands (or wash at the sink) before getting started. It's too soon to really report on overall changes to my skin's conditions, but my facial was thorough and relaxing, and my skin was positively glowing when I left. I don't say that lightly. Allison made a lot of great recommendations, and I picked up a hydrating serum there based on her recommendations. It's a calm, relaxing atmosphere and I feel comfortable and confident there. Her studio was very calming and she was professional and chill. Lisa has a lot of professional experience as an esthetician so the facial was wonderful. She gave a lovely facial massage which released all the tension from a long week. I made the right decision and upgraded to a gel mask which was sealed in extra hydration. To top it off she was lovely and chatting with her was a bonus. It was very easy to reach her and make an appointment. Her studio is located in the heart of the the village of Hamburg and there is plenty of parking. She also offers brow and lash services.
