I arrived 5 minutes early and she wasn't there. Her dad let me in and I waited. he asked me to let her know I was there, so I did. I texted and left two messages with no response. Her father also called and also had no response. He then told me he felt she wasn't going to show up so I left. a couple hours later I left an instagram message. It's now the next day and she's made no effort to contact, explain or apologize. This was for a special event too so I'm pretty disappointed. incredibly unprofessional.

So i booked with her. Took me a while to get a spot cus i thought she was in demand turns out she was only there 3 days. So they bate and switched me to a different girl. She was polite and seemed to know what she was doing so i trusted sandy wouldn't entrust her reputation to just anyone. Life altering mistake. I was very clear and said absolutely nothing maroon or fuchsia or dark Under tones. She brings out this 80's fuchsia. And i said hell no but she spent 10 mins convincing me that it won't look like that on and it will turn out light pink nude undertone i wanted. When she was done and i saw. First thing i thought was what the "fuchsia HELL" Then she spent the next 10 mins convincing me that it will fade after a week and look the colour i want. I googled what she said there and a lot of people wrote it would fade so i trusted her. 4 weeks later still look like i walked of the set of a bad 80's sitcom. I called the owner Sandy after the first 10 days and she was very nice and said come in and i will fix it as i must be that 5% that the colour doesn't fade. I made the appointment for that next week. But was later told Sandy could not do them as she has to let the staff that did them fix them. Or she would have to double charge me. Like my time is free to fix there mess up. Now the original girl did a good job on the outer line and it was just the colour that was brutal. So i said fine. This time i would not be listening to her best guess and pick the colour i know to be rite. So now it's 3 weeks and the colour didn't fade and I'm going in. The same girl bring out the same colour. And I'm like no no and pick a light nude pink i originally wanted. But because it's lighter it doesn't really show. I'm mortified. So now i know im going to have to have them lazer removed. Very painful and expensive. And i cant take any more time of work. I get to my car and look closer and omg I'm going to throw up. She messed up the out line it's crooked and looks like a toddler drew it. She drew outside of it. Like why would u do that. All she had to do was take a lighter colour and colour in the middle to try and mask the fuchsia. But she decided to also draw out side the lines that didn't need to be touched as they where fine. A damn kindergartener can keep with in the lines. Did they do it on purpose? I was so polite and kind about it to them but now the gloves are off i called and the owner ist in till have way thee next week. Omg how can i show my face any where. I'm going to have to lock my self at home. I can't go to work like this. Now i just found out that trying to lazer off the colour will actually turn it gray. This place should be shut down. They didn't even have covid protocol or ask me if Iv travelled or have any systems no one wore a mask. I'm calling A litigation attorney we have in the family. Now that I've been crying for hours. Avoid this place unless you want to come out like hatchet face from the movie cry baby. Don't ever go here or it will be the single worst decision of ur life. Ive been…read morethere a few times, and had made appts every time..2nd time I showed up, my girl was working on me for about 15 mins then a walk in customer comes in and manager tells my girl to help this customer..manager (the rude bitchy one) told me she'd 'only be 5 mins'..turned out i waited for 35 mins for her to come back. I should have just left but i didnt. 3rd time made another appt (ya idk why I did either!) and even called back a few days before appt to confirm. Day of appt I show up a few mins early and employee I booked had started on a walk in customer a few mins before i got there...even tho I had an appt..manager tries telling me they called me to say employee went home sick..(i did not receive any call)..manager starts shooting her mouth off that i can wait and the girl would be done in 10 mins...i had an appt for heaven's sake! Why do ya think I made appt?? They dont treat customers very nicely. Will NOT be going back and will tell everyone NOT to go there. I feel bad for the employees having to work with a woman like her...she's nasty...but karma's a bitch so she'll get hers
