This has become my go-to threading place. It's super close to home, which makes it super convenient, though parking can be a little hectic sometimes. They do charge a bit more than other threading places $21 for brows and lip, but the quality is A++. The brows always come out clean and sharp, and there's rarely ever a wait. First and last time getting my eyebrows done. I've always done my eyebrows myself and I like them thicker natural looking. This girl said she understood what I wanted and proceeded to give me the most thin, chola looking eyebrows and the ting was so dark. I can literally cry, thankfully my eyebrows will grow in a few weeks but I have a wedding tomorrow and I'm going to have to try and fix these brows myself to mask the horrible job they did! The place is clean and cute. The actual service is very good, shes quick and as long as you explain what you want she is capable. Meleha had an attitude when i came in and was picking up things and putting things down aggressively. that's when i should've turned right back around and got in my car. she didn't even look at my brows to see what my brow shape was. long story short she was angry at something and took it out on my poor eyebrow. literally the front end of my brow got chopped off and now i have a huge fkn gap inbetween my brows like they got in a damn argument. and my eyebrows are so chunky with no shape . Don't recommend lady on chair 1. Came in for a eyebrow clean up, never asked for them to be shaped, literally just clean up the little hairs growing in that are not a part of the eyebrow. She literally took the whole front end of my left brow. Like how does that even happen? I have a huge gap now. I'm so upset. I don't get my brows done often for a reason. First time to threading so it makes it hard to rate. BUT - im getting older and have learned no matter how magnifying the mirror is, its just too damn hard to pluck without my glasses on and i seem to always get hives after any type of waxing but was afraid from the horror stories i heard about threading pain pfft... it was a different sensation but definitely not pain and way better than any waxing or plucking ive done. And they look great in record time, even though my blind plucking had mangled them lol. They look almost perfect. If only I could turn back time to 14 hours ago when I walked into this place.. I would turn right around and go about my day with full, thicker brows. GUYS BEWARE! I asked the lady to just clean up my lower brows. "I just want a straight line with ZERO arch. Don't even follow my natural arch because that is also really curved too so I just want a very little bit taken off the bottom so they're parallel with the ground" is what I said to her. She agreed and said she understood. It was when she then pulled out the scissors after already threading I shoulda stopped her but the damage was already done. My brows are so thin and arched now that I looked completely shocked 24/7. My brows were full, thick and some may even say bushy. Now they are so thin and arched to heavens gates and the lady said "no it's just because they look clean so you think they look thin." Uhhh no.. they are so thin, the Girl Scouts called and ask us if I wanted to borrow their trademarked THIN MINTS brand until mine grow back. DO NOT GO HERE because lady will just do what she wants and constitute her decisions with some lame excuse. read more

First time trying a new salon outside of my comfort zone since we were in the Oside area. Salon looked promising. Very clean and nicely decorated. There was only one threader at the time and she had finished up her customer and immediately it was my turn, no one else waiting. I did not get her name but she was really kind. Told her to just clean up but keep my shape. Her threading method was painful, and she was not gentle handed even wiping the threaded hairs off of my face. When it was time to check, my brows were year 2000 thin and all my hard work growing my brows to be what they were went to waste. They were clean though?
