Just got back from getting my brows done told her just a clean up but that they were uneven. Still only wanted a clean up as I'm growing them out. Not only did she go much thinner in certain spots but she didn't get them close to a similar shape at all. To top it off she cut me on my lip and my eyelid. I'll start by saying I'm not one to leave reviews and never had issue going here. I usually ONLY go to Bella but I grew my brows out for MONTHS + this is the only day I'm free and she wasn't in so I figured to give the new girl a shot. I always start by telling them to ignore my brow tattoo (it's faded and uneven now)-- Yea shouldn't have. She asked if I trim them I said just a little bit. She hands me the mirror after and the tail to my brows was gone. I'm never one to speak up I usually just walk out in regret but I was not going to pay for now having a barely there tail. She tried to tell me she just trimmed them-- no, no you didn't. The ends of my brows grow upwards & I always look at my brow hairs before going in just in case & good thing I did because she swore she didn't take off the end it was from the trim. I told her the ends of my brows brow upwards too & she said no they don't???? This is my face??? I know how they grow??? She tried to offer to tint them, TINTING MY BROWS WILL NOT BRING BACK THE LITTLE HAIR I ACTUALLY GROW. Filling them in also doesn't help-- when the sun hits my face there's a clear texture difference. I even ask a stranger to check a minute after I walked out. She also tried to tell me to put olive oil? Be so fr bro, you gonna go buy me some olive oil or what?? And how long is till the olive oil makes them grow back?? Because again-- I HARDLY GROW BROW HAIR. Don't even get me started on all the little hairs shes missed bro wth. I could've f***ed up my brows at home and saved time driving here. The cherry on top is the uneven bottom part of the arches I have now too. I even took pictures of myself on the way there so here's song proof that-- 1. I did in fact have hair there 2. It does in fact grow upwards 3. She did in fact thread it off 4. The after pics don't happen from a little trim. Finding an eyebrow lady can be stressful. I have been doing my own eyebrows for the last 3-4 years but they were starting to lose their shape. One of my girlfriends goes here to get her eyebrows threaded by Gina and absolutely loves it. I started getting my eyebrows done here because the place next door professional nails salon formally known as cheer nails are very rude and they talk badly about you in their language and stare at peoples feet as they walk by. If you dare you can read my one star review and about my horrible experience at professional nails Salon I love it here. They workers are so nice. I never get their names but they always ask if you are okay or if you need a break they will allow it. On your tenth session you get 5 dollars off so it's like a rewards program it's pretty cool. I got there around 30 min after they opened on Sunday and there was actually quite a wait, but there is plenty of couch space for those waiting for service. I usually go to my eyebrow lady by where I live but I've been growing my brows out and I couldn't stand it anymore, I came here on my lunch break to get my brows threaded. The woman who did my brows was very gentle, it hardly hurt and I had grew out a lot of hair to take out! She was also very thorough. I told her how one of my brows tend to grow higher than the other and she made sure to get them even. I know that eyebrows are supposed to be sisters and not twins, but when my brows grow in crooked, it drives me crazy. Top it all off, she asked if I wanted them filled in and I said yes.
