First, the foundation clear, pressure wash, and tape out were very well executed--like they owned my house. Second, no messes or over-sprays to clean up! Third, they placed everything they moved back and left the site clean. The quality of paint (versus what the builder put on) has added a luster to the house that just looks clean and polished. I'll be a repeat customer for sure!

So they came after me (the home owners) instead Lack of Communication and Unresolved Issues * Paint Corp has completely ignored multiple emails, texts, and letters requesting help with this issue. But they sure sent me multiple emails and texts demanding for payment from me. * I had to resolve the subcontractor issue directly and with the help of a lawyer to protect my property title. * Communication has been nonexistent, the job remains unfinished, and they have not responded to requests for proper documentation to close the project. Overall Dissatisfaction and Recommendation * I would not recommend Paint Corp. * Extremely frustrating experience with zero accountability. A homeowners worst nightmare.

The installation crew did an excellent job--the workmanship was top-notch, and the quality of the fence exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, my experience with the pricing was very disappointing. The company advertises discounts that, in my experience, were not honored. Instead, the pricing changed in a way that felt like a bait-and-switch after the work was completed. While I am happy with the finished product, I believe the advertising and pricing practices should be more transparent and consistent with what is promoted. If you're considering this company, I recommend getting every price, discount, and promotion in writing before the work begins. The fence itself is excellent, but buyers should be aware of the potential for confusion regarding pricing.

ZERO Stars! Only selected 1 because Yelp made me…read more Never ever ever hire this company!! The contractor they sent (Marlon) was HORRIBLE! I'm not in construction, but am a better contractor than he is!! The price quoted seemed reasonable but the responsiveness and service provided was atrocious! I realize there is lead time in ordering materials, but had I not continued to hound Marlon I don't think the job would have ever happened! When the job did occur, it was all screwed up! We were getting replacement French Doors installed. First of all, we had to provide final payment before Marlon would allow his guys to even start the job. The check I gave Marlon was cashed before the guys were even done. We both work from home, so I guess we should've supervised the job, but we were paying for the job so we shouldn't have to supervise it, right? Well, the guys leave and then we check out the doors to find out they were installed backwards. Swing-out doors with internal blinds were installed as swing-in doors so the blind controls ended up on the outside of the house! After about three weeks of hounding, Marlon, he finally sent his guys back out to check it out. Did they fix the doors? NO!! They continued to insist that they were installed correctly and left. I ended up having to hire somebody else to turn the doors around and pay them to do it so now the reasonable quote was no longer reasonable! I told Marlon about it, and he promised he would repay me for the door re-install. After 2 months of asking and reminding him he never did so here is his review. Never ever hire Tricolor Flooring or you may end up with Marlon and you will regret it.
