There aren't any dentist left with the bedside demeanor like his. All of his staff were so kind and knowledgeable too. I didn't have to wait long for my consultation (about 2 weeks) and the office was clean and stylish. The whole staff pride themselves of giving patients the care they would want. I didn't think he could be so personable and have beautiful work too. I was wrong. The root canal and building up of my tooth with filling was absolutely beautiful. When he gave me a numbing shot, I didn't even feel it. He talked to me throughout the procedure and he made sure I was ok, and not in any pain. I cant wait to see my smile when he is done. I originally went to another place in Jacksonville and left on the day of my surgery because of how rude and impatient they were while preparing me. I must disclose that I have a needle phobia so I was pretty nervous. So after my terrible experience at the other place I made my appointment with Dr.Meadows. During the consultation I told him about my bad previous experience and made it clear that I would be a nervous wreck because of my needle phobia but he was very genuine and explained that him and his staff would be as patient as I needed them to be. And true to his word, they were. On the day of surgery they explained every step all the way up until they put the iv in and I was fast asleep. During my follow up I had my stitches removed and I was in and out within 15 minutes.
