I thought it may be a good idea if something major went wrong. NOT! The truck has been at Bruce Ford shop for two and a half months and they still have not figured out the problem. Austin, the service advisor, must have taken a course on excuses as he keeps coming up with new ones. The truck has been sitting for weeks at a time with no progress. My thoughts are, I paid for the warranty, and they have my money. Now I am at the bottom of any priority list. My advice to anyone with a Ford issue, take it to any dealer but Bruce. I had the car towed to my mehanic and he was horrified when he saw the collapsed rotor. He also informed me that the other rotor was getting ready to collapse. He said that those rotors should have been replaced two years ago and that there is no way that car should have passed MVI when I bought it. I filed a complaint with vehicle compliance. Vehicle compliance agreed that it seemed suspicious and said that they were glad that I came forward with my complaint. Do yourself a favour and buy a car somewhere else because these guys will literally put your safety in jeopardy just to save money.

I own a newer Dodge Caravan, have had Andy's Tire Kingston work on my van a few times and have been…read morerelatively happy with the work that was done, until now. They replaced tires, back brakes and rotors. The front brakes and rotors now need to be changed as well, so two weeks ago I stopped in to get a quote and then made an appointment to have the work done. At the time the mechanic took the down the VIN for my vehicle and the quote was based on that. I went in for the appointment this morning and once they took my van apart, they then came and informed me that the front rotors for my van were now $200.00 more expensive than what they quoted previously as my van requires a different rotor than what they quoted. As you can imagine, I was very angry and upset at this and couldn't understand why this was. I then told them that I was not going to have them do the work and was charged $55.00 for them to put my vehicle back together. I didn't know they charge a fee for their mistakes. I've been in to see another mechanic, got a quote that was significantly less than Andy's Tire price and have an appointment to have the work done somewhere else. This is very unfortunate for Andy's Tire as they could have had all of my future car maintenance business, but if this is how they treat a repeat customer I will not be going back there.
