This is by far the worst place to buy a car. When I bought my car there the first thing that I…read morenoticed was that the rubber pad was missing off of the clutch pedal. I did not think too much of it until my mechanic informed me that it was an MVI failure. When I bought the car it came with a fresh MVI. The second thing I noticed was when they sold it too me the wiper blades were shot. Third when you buy a car from a dealership you expect it to come with a fresh oil change and I could tell that it was not freshly done. Forth a few months after I bought the car I had a rotor collapse while I was driving the car. Fortunately I was not going very fast at the time. I had the car towed to my mehanic and he was horrified when he saw the collapsed rotor. He also informed me that the other rotor was getting ready to collapse. He said that those rotors should have been replaced two years ago and that there is no way that car should have passed MVI when I bought it. I filed a complaint with vehicle compliance. Vehicle compliance agreed that it seemed suspicious and said that they were glad that I came forward with my complaint. Do yourself a favour and buy a car somewhere else because these guys will literally put your safety in jeopardy just to save money.

I own a newer Dodge Caravan, have had Andy's Tire Kingston work on my van a few times and have been…read morerelatively happy with the work that was done, until now. They replaced tires, back brakes and rotors. The front brakes and rotors now need to be changed as well, so two weeks ago I stopped in to get a quote and then made an appointment to have the work done. At the time the mechanic took the down the VIN for my vehicle and the quote was based on that. I went in for the appointment this morning and once they took my van apart, they then came and informed me that the front rotors for my van were now $200.00 more expensive than what they quoted previously as my van requires a different rotor than what they quoted. As you can imagine, I was very angry and upset at this and couldn't understand why this was. I then told them that I was not going to have them do the work and was charged $55.00 for them to put my vehicle back together. I didn't know they charge a fee for their mistakes. I've been in to see another mechanic, got a quote that was significantly less than Andy's Tire price and have an appointment to have the work done somewhere else. This is very unfortunate for Andy's Tire as they could have had all of my future car maintenance business, but if this is how they treat a repeat customer I will not be going back there.
