Spoke to the NP who informed me that since all I needed was a refill on my asthma rescue inhailer and an allergy medicine that no tele-health appointment is needed, and it would be called in the same day to CVS. I checked with CVS and nothing was called in. It's a month later-- I've been calling for weeks and all I get is a busy signal or the line rings and is disconnected. I received a text that I have an in office appointment this week, that I never scheduled. Can't get a hold of anyone to reschedule or tell them that the refills were never called in during August. This is the most unprofessional and disorganized office and staffing that I've ever experienced!
