I will be warning EVERYONE to STAY FAR AWAY from this place. I saw Dr. Brian Simpson due to excruciating wisdom tooth pain that was keeping me up at night for over a week. If I was not so desperate and tired I would have walked out of the office mid-procedure. First of all, I waited an hour after my appointment time before being seen at all. For whatever reason, during the consultation, Dr. Simpson spoke to me extremely condescendingly, as though I was a child. While I understand he wanted to clearly explain the procedure and risks to me, it got genuinely offensive. When it came time to discuss anesthesia options, I indicated I was not comfortable with general anesthesia and would stick with local. This seemed to really upset him as he immediately kicked me out of the room and I proceeded to wait another 1.5 hours before being brought back in. I assume he was upset that my decision meant my insurance would not pay $2,000 extra for the general anesthesia. During the entirety of the procedure, I felt genuinely violated and disrespected. Dr. Simpson was unnecessarily rough and forceful, and I could tell he was upset with the way he was angrily huffing in my face. It felt like psychological torture. He was even rude to his own assistants, and it was obvious he was rushing the surgery. He cracked my tooth in 6 places and got even angrier and more frustrated. Not a single time did him nor any of his assistants check on me or say anything to me throughout the entire procedure. I jumped up and gasped in pain at one point and no one said anything at all to me and pretended nothing occurred. In fact, one of them in particular was extremely rude to me even after. I was in such shock I could barely respond. I was supposed to have my 3 other wisdom teeth done here. Dr. Simpson can rest assured I will NOT be returning to his office for any work. I will do my best to make sure everyone I know goes to a different surgeon.

It was nice to hear the options for injections, laughing gas, or sleep. We came back 2 weeks later and got 3 molars removed. The doctor was very caring and took his time making sure to get the molars out. He followed up with a phone call the next day to see how my son was doing. He said unless my pain was due to surgery or a broken bone he would not complete the Drs. Statement for Aflac. He said my primary Dr. should complete the form, which she did, but she stated that Dr Bhadra really should have completed the document. Aflac denied my coverage because the primary care doctor was not the "treating" doctor. So I received no reimbursement for missing work for 3 weeks. Not all of us can afford to miss work without some financial assistance. One other thing: I had a follow-up tele-visit with Dr. Bhadra. I waited an hour for him and finally hung up. He then called me. I will never go back there.

She perfected her profession with endless learning, practicing and training. Day after day, year after year, patient after patient. She has a great eye.  She walks in the room and Sees you! Less is more. She gives her opinion, but zero pressure. Most of her staff has been with her for decades. That speaks volumes to me. She values your time, as much as her own. I've been with dr. I love Dr. Heidi Waldorf because she's truly brilliant and always interested in my total well being. Dr. Waldorf has been my dermatologist for over 5 years. She's knowledgeable and discusses and explains everything openly and honestly--I always have options. I'm not just in "good" hands. I'm in her skilled and magical hands that work wonders. I was so relieved that I could do fillers and avoid surgery to achieve the look that I wanted. With a combination of injectable filers (radiesse, belotero, restylane ) -and trusting in Dr. Waldorf to know exactly where to place the fillers, I was able to sculpt and lift.
