When my husband finally saw Dr. Gibbs, he expressed his displeasure at being left to wait with no explanation. Dr. Gibbs was stunned! He didn't even KNOW that he was running an hour late!! He brushed it off with the comment that "There had been an emergency" (uh huh...) After all that, Dr. Gibbs refused to go ahead and treat my husband! He simply fired us! After waiting 4 months to get an appointment, and an hour to see him...we are back to a better periodontist that was highly recommended to us. So...in conclusion - don't bruise his fragile ego... just put up with anything, and you'll be fine here.

This office was wonderful and from her initial consultation to her follow up Dr. Jamison's office was wonderful. The staff was all very nice and helped to calm both a nervous 7 year old and an anxious dad and while I don't remember everyone's names I do want to give thanks to Cindy. She was extremely nice and really helped my little one feel comfortable. The day of surgery went well and Dr. Jamsion even called that evening to check on her healing. Very nice and even though they're not currently in my insurance network I would absolutely consider them again.

They were able to see me the same day as I was having an emergency. When I arrived the staff was not only professional but very nice and welcoming. Which I feel important for such a dreaded procedure (root canal). And believe it or not the best part about my visit was the Dr. and procedure. He was absolutely awesome. I mean so awesome that I wouldn't mind having another root canal. Ok maybe I don't really want another but I would drive from the other side of NC to go to this guy. Like I said before I had a bad infection and they got me in same day; however, once he began the procedure he was mostly concerned with how I was doing and if I felt ANYTHING! He didn't want me to be in any pain. Zero. So given that my tooth was so bad he wanted me to come back to finish and let my antibiotics do some more work in the meantime. Didn't charge me extra and didn't rush anything. This guy is a perfectionist and if you want your mouth taken care or properly then there is no where else to go. I have to say the root canal experience everyone warns you about was actually as enjoyable as a root canal could possibly be. I would give this practice 20 stars if possible.

Both times I've visited, the dental assistants couldn't have been friendlier. These ladies didn't condescend to my less-than-stellar brushing habits. They both had 20+ years experience in that office. On my latest visit, one of them checked my insurance coverage to see what exams I could get. Dr. Patel is young-ish and very friendly as well. There are so many good things to say about our experience. My daughter is younger (8), and was…read morenervous about getting braces. During the consultation, they took the time to explain everything to her. She was able to watch videos and even see the tools in person. During all of her visits, they made sure to explain what they would be doing beforehand and she looked forward to her visits. She now has had her braces removed and loves showing of her new smile.
