But don't kid yourself, you really have to come here for the steaks, some of the most tender cut of beef I have ever eaten. All steaks are cut to a 1 inch diameter that is in the meat case, but you can request 2 inch cut or 3 inch cut, whichever your heart desires. And 2 inches of a NY Strip or ribeye with the correct seasoning and grilling method. Amazing! We got to meet Patrick, he was actually the one who asked us if he could help us find anything and shared a little bit about the market. We asked if we could get some steaks cut and he was more than enthusiastic to help us. Our special request and within seconds Patrick's disappears to the back to cut our requested order. Exceptional service, amazing values. They also have a seafood case (we didn't try but almost got some scallops because they look amazing). There was only one preparer working. I will continue to go there now that I've learned to order ahead.
