I am a US Army Gulf War veteran diagnosed with PTSD and depression. When trying to return an item my wife was told I would have to come show my I'd to return an item. My wife told the attendant that I was a disabled veteran but she would bring me in if needed. The employee refused to accommodate and said I would have to come in. When I was triggered by the environment and became overwhelmed the employee, and supervisor continued to imply that I should have been more accommodating and calm, all while displaying a signage for supporting veterans.... I guess they only accommodate disabilities they can see! read more

This Walmart in Fort Payne does not restock items. They discontinue items that are very popular. Their bakery use to be great now it is subpar. The Walmart Staff are very nice. read more

A clean Walmart!!! Organized, clean bathrooms and aisles! We pulled in for gas on our haul back to Texas and was able to grab some bottled coffee and bakery items for breakfast. I didn't find Mr. Brown coffee but it's not surprising as it's an odd item. I did walk out with some awesome finds though. I wish our Walmarts looked and felt like this. Not finding Mr. Brown coffee for a neat Walmart is so worth the trade off. read more

I called up there to check stock on an item in the toys.. for christmas shopping.. I was put on hold a good 5 minutes, someone got on the phone and thought I was a different person and yelled, WHAT LINE IS IT?.. and didn't say anything. Waited another few minutes and was directed to someone else.. just to find out it wasn't in stock. What a load of you know what. A bad experience all in all.. Walmart needs to work on customer service.. that's something new right? HA read more
