The appointment was rushed after she had waited months to see him. She did all of the testing he requested, right before her appointment to explain all of the test results he decided she needed a sleep study. After doing that test she set an appointment for the results. He cancelled on her twice. This whole fiasco started LAST September! She just got her results a month ago. It was also decided that my mom has sleep apnea, which meant she needed a cpap machine. It's been 9 weeks and she's still waiting for that to be delivered. Ridiculous.

Dr. Kaup himself is a very nice man and great Doctor. However, whoever answers the phone at this…read moreplace couldn't be more of a wench. I recently moved out of state and needed my prescription refilled at a nearby location. Instead of just telling me "okay, but make sure you see a Doctor down there asap," she proceeded to treat me like s*** and reluctantly took my information to see if the nurse could help me. The conversation ended with her basically telling me "idk, good luck." I had to call CVS where I live now to find out if my prescription got filled. Luckily they have half a brain to fill me in. They couldn't believe how terribly I was treated at this office. They need some sort of sign off from Dr. Kaup now. They sent a fax to this office and are waiting for an answer. I doubt they'll help, but I foresee a phone call in my future where I get scolded for "wasting their time," or some other BS. I'm pretty upset with the way this situation has been handled, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's unfortunate, because Dr. Kaup was great. I just wouldn't want anyone else to have to deal with this bull. Good luck.
