Jessica was a great and conscientious salesperson, but this store is just not my style nor my price range. The furniture is overpriced, oversized and overuses cowhide! The rugs however are reasonably priced and it's a fun place to visit to see unique and well made pieces. If you've got money to burn and a big ostentatious place for big ostentatious furniture, this could be the place for you. read more

Reading some of the other reviews, I feel like those people had unreasonable expectations or there was some bad luck for their visit, and good luck on mine. The place is crowded and almost cramped with some really great pieces. We went in looking for couches but walked away with some quality furniture for my Study. They have so much there! The sales lady, wish I remembered her name, was amazing. She had us put our feet up and relax to really feel out the furniture. Seriously this woman went above and beyond her job to be pleasant and conversational with us. Can't wait to get my chairs in my house, but I am also lucky to have already a positive memory and good drink enjoyed during the shopping experience! read more

If i could give this furniture store zero stars, I would. The furniture quality is beautiful, however the place was very over crowded and not very clean (trash on the floor, dirt e.t.c.) The furniture sales representative (Mary Ann), had probably the worst customer service I have ever seen. She kept hovering intensely and bothering us while we were trying to come to an agreement. Especially lying about some things and going back and fourth on a price agreement. The manager didn't seem to care or address the situation. Even after clearly asking for a manager. My family and I will never go back & advise people to shop elsewhere. read more

Worst service I have ever received!!!! Was quoted $175.00 delivery for a $5400.00 piece of furniture. We went home to think about it. We purchased the product over the phone. When we went to the store to set up delivery they told us $400.00 for delivery. I argued the original quote and Mary Ann said she would of never said that. Four people witnessed her saying $175.00. So I asked for a refund and since I purchased over phone they said oh sorry no refunds. Of course they have my money and now we have been trapped. Store manager wouldn't even come out of her office. Mary Ann sure doesn't understand getting in my face doesn't help matters. Made me so mad. Dont buy anything from this place!!!! Better places in the stock yards. Owner should be ashamed of themselves. read more

We have purchase many items of furniture from Brumbaugh's and absolutely love the store. Mary Ann was our sales person each time and showed us great patience in helping us pick out what we wanted. Would always HIGHLY recommend this store and in particular Mary Ann. Sweet lady and VERY helpful. You can't go wrong at Brumbaugh's if their style of furniture is what you are looking far, NOT cheap, but quality makes it well worth the money spent. Will definitely return. read more

Unfortunately very very disappointed in our visit to this store. The owner was very rude and had no interest in helping us, sighing and acting like we weren't worth her time even though the store was empty. We were fully prepared, with trailer and all, to purchase and take home over 7k worth of furniture. With the attitudes and service we received, we left and purchased our furniture elsewhere, where our age and appearance didn't matter! read more

The previous review is SO counter to my experience at Brumbaugh's Furniture. They are so helpful and yet let you roam and discover the jewels they have in the huge store, coming back every so often to see if you have questions or need help. MaryAnn and Caren are the ones who usually help me and I love making the trek from Dallas to Ft Worth to see what's new. I love their stock: big comfy chairs and couches, lots of leather, awesome teak tables and beds, tons of carpets from all over the world. read more
