My dentist recommended Bruner Orthodontics when I needed to get Invisalign and from the first consultation I felt like a priority to them. Dr. Bruner and staff (from the front desk receptionists to the hygienists to the doctors themselves) are incredibly attentive and caring and I felt as though my best interests were at heart throughout the entire process. They are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable - I could ask anyone a question and they would either explain in detail to me or find out the answer. I only had to have my brackets on for 9 months and I couldn't be happier with the duration and the results! BRILLIANT BUNCH OF PEOPLE! From the greeting when you enter the office from the nice smiley receptionist to sitting in the chair and chatting with Dr. Bruner or Dr. Helgen. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming. My daughter had her braces on later (about the time all her friends were having theirs taken off) but Dr. Bruner made sure she was comfortable with her new braces,  we opted for the clear brackets! She had her braces on for 20 months and they were taken off yesterday.  I love that they have an office here in Duvall, they are not open all the time but that being said I only had to go to Redmond once and that was yesterday when she had her braces off. They pretty much threw a party to celebrate the moment! Lots of singing and balloons! The whole experience at Dr. Bruner's Orthodontics has been a good one. My experience here was amazing! All of the orthodontists were kind, welcoming and supportive. They all took the time to learn my name and ask me about what has been going on with me lately or what I was doing that day. A great experience overall! Both of our boys have had treatment with Dr Bruner. The whole team providing service - from reception through to Dr Bruner is outstanding. Their customer service sets a really high bar for a medical practice. Dr Bruner did a great job of explaining the treatment plans for both of my boys, including the phases that would be involved and the costs. I spent a little over 2 years with the wonderful staff at Bruner Orthodontics. I had no idea that getting braces as an adult could be such a pleasant experience! Having needed braces since a child, it made my situation a bit trickier. I had consulted with 2 other orthos and both told me I would need 1-2 jaw surgeries to get anywhere near a decent bite and smile. From the get-go Dr. Bruner let me know that I had other options. We ended up treating without surgery and I'm really happy with my results. In a nutshell, these folks run a tight ship. I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. ALL of the front desk staff and assistants knew my name and all about me immediately. They do their very best to make sure you are comfortable, informed and happy. This office sees a lot of patients, but they are so professional and organized it feels like you are getting all of the time and attention that you need. My braces are off after about a year and a half, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The entire process was wonderful thanks to Bruner and the staff. They make sure to answer any questions you have and they are as friendly as could be. Any time something goes wrong with the braces, getting it fixed and setting up an appointment as soon as possible is hassle-free. My brother and I went through this entire process together, from start to end, and we both agreed it couldn't have gone any better. We have been through four sets of braces with Dr. Bruner, and would go back in a second. When we brought our youngest in initially for a second opinion, Dr. Bruner could have told us he needed braces right away and we would have moved forward. Instead he suggested we wait and limit the amount of time with braces on as much as possible, knowing that kids don't brush/floss as well with braces on and parents don't enjoy nagging kids to brush/floss either! I went to Dr. Bruner to see about getting braces as an adult. I was sure with my crowded teeth that extracting a tooth would be involved. Dr. Bruner discussed how with the Damon braces, it would help open up my bite, giving space for all of my teeth. I was impressed with how quickly my teeth straightened!. Now I am near the end of treatment, and I couldn't be happier with how my teeth look, and the professional and caring treatment I have received each time. Dr Bruner and his staff have been the best. We moved here 3 years ago with our oldest already in a treatment plan. We had a grim picture of what the future held - jaw surgery. After our initial consultation, Dr Bruner very aptly made some suggestions on what we could do different to avoid surgery. Three years later, the second phase is starting but we are looking at no surgery! His staff help our anxious child get very comfortable with going on his own and made him feel extremely at ease. Plus, they corrected an issue from another orthodontist in a very professional and non-condescending manner. Our youngest is getting ready to start braces and the same thing is happening. Very apprehensive at the beginning of her first visit but by the end, she was giggling and having fun with Dr Bruner and the staff. And let me add, this was after telling her she was going to have to have her second dental surgery for tooth removal. You have to have the right stuff to be able to tell a kid they are getting braces AND having oral surgery when the same kid walks out of your office with a smile on her face. Straight out - I've seen some of the negative comments written about this practice. Everyone has a bad day or visit to a place but we've yet to have one at Dr Bruner's. The comments about habitual problems with this practice seem a bit fishy to me. I have a skeptic eye for places that are named the "Best in the area" because, at times, it indicates they have politically managed the ratings. Personal experience over a period of time has proven to me that Dr Bruner and his staff have won their community awards year after year strictly on offering friendly, informative, and compassionate care. They know you by name and not because they checked their appointment book before you walked in. We've run into Dr Bruner and his support staff outside the office and they address all of my family by name. You can tell from day one, Dr Bruner and his staff value each individual that walks in their door. read more

We have been very happy with our experience at Bruner Orthodontics. The office is brand new, clean, comfortable and welcoming. Dr. Bruner is professional, competent, and looks for excellent results, but he is also a great person! He is very friendly and personable, too. He will often bring you back after appointments to keep you posted on the progress of your child. Kids absolutely love him and he does a great job finding ways to connect with his patients and families. They organize fun contests, "Great Patient Awards," and the highly popular Bruner Ortho day at the movies (where Dr. Bruner treats patients to a FREE movie screening!). I had braces as a teen but because my teeth had shifted quite a bit, I wanted to get braces again as an adult. I did a lot of research ahead of time and had multiple consultations to choose the best orthodontist possible. I had it narrowed down to two orthodontists and Dr. Matthew Bruner was one of them. After my consultation with him, I knew that I had found the right one. During my consultation, he throughly described the various treatments and the expected outcome. After some discussion, I decided to have a hybrid treatment of wearing braces first and transitioning to Invisalign in 6 months. It is more expensive to do a hybrid treatment but Dr. Bruner's fees were extremely fair based upon my research and the payment plan is extremely helpful. I have since had a total of three appointments with Dr. Bruner (including the placement of my braces). He is always pleasant and answers all of my questions. His technicians and office staff are wonderful too. I have recommended him to a few of my friends who are interested in getting braces for the first time as adults. I would never hesitate to recommend Dr. Bruner. I am so happy with my decision to choose him as my orthodontist. read more
