I had high hopes for this place. I was only going to be in Manila/Makati for 3 weeks. I made my…read moreappointment weeks in advance. The consultation process was pleasant. I decided to forego with a couple of treatments the day after the consultation. I reached out through WhatsApp to make the appointment, that's where I've been communicating with them anyhow. Didn't hear back from anyone until a few days later. And even then the responses were sporadic and nothing could get verified or confirmed. It was just so frustrating. Like what the eff?! Am I not important enough? I'm sorry but everyone at the lobby or waiting area didn't look "special" or artistahin or alta sosyal either. I'm not either one of those but I don't look like a "basura" either. It's been almost a week and I still don't have a confirmed appointment. I'm going back to the states soon. And I've lost my mojo with Aivee. So I'll just take my money elsewhere.

PLEASE AVOID IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR LIFE AND YOUR LOVED ONES. I was looking for a subtle and natural…read moretreatment, and thought this clinic had a high reputation. They gave me a list of treatments to fix my face and I was falsely marketed into natural 'collagen banking' through ultherapy prime and 'conservative' botox treatment.. that has completely melted my face, made my face fall inwards, my youth was eradicated in one appointment. I could not smile for 3 months, I have aged 10 years and this has caused severe psychiatric damage that has impacted my life and my will to live. This place is the devils work. I would give it minus stars if possible and wish to warn everyone . Beauty marketing is predatory, it doesn't matter if the are celebs that go here or that they are a high end clinic, please remember this is all just effective marketing so you can pay your hard earned money for them to take advantage of you and leave you to deal with the consequences. If anything goes wrong they will not take accountability and instead blame 'the weather'. There is NO aftercare. Any doctor 'help' that is spewed is Chatgpt nonsense . Please please please for the love of your life avoid at all costs. I am clinging onto my own by a thread because of Aivee. PLEASE AVOID.

They gave me a very visible pimple on my cheek. I asked for a facial cleaning, but told them…read morespecifically to not open up my skin with a razor if it's too hard to squeeze the whiteheads out. Because I know from experience that would just cause an even worse pimple to form. The technician insisted on using the razor even when I reminded them not to do it. The next day, I was left with a red open wound on my cheek that keeps filling with pus. I already know my skin well enough to know this would happen. Really angry with this treatment, will not be coming back.

Okay, I'm gonna level with you here. Facial cleanings are evil. Unless you have pore-less…read moreepidermis, it's gonna hurt like a mother. If I had my way, I'd never, ever set foot inside a dermatology clinic ever again. However, as luck would have it, I happen to be blessed with oily (or maybe combination) skin filled with pores so big, you can count them from meters away. Yuck. So I kind of have to undergo such painful (read: tiis-ganda) procedure every now and then. The thing is, much like Timon, I have a low threshold for pain. And given my painful experience as far as having my face pricked and poked and squeezed, I may have acquired a slight phobia. But, like I said, tiis-ganda. I had a date looming in and I'd very much like to put my best face forward. I availed of Let's Face It's facial cleaning and seaweed mask package and after an extremely painful session (during which I cried and cursed and bit my tongue and almost smacked the lady!), my face did get noticeably brighter. Good job, Let's Face It. Too bad I wasn't able to muster the courage to come back for another session though!
