Last year I had attempted to rent a moon bounce for my son's birthday from another company. That ultimately didn't happen as they charged as much for delivery fees as they wanted for the actual moon bounce, suddenly doubling the cost right as I went to book it. This year I decided to have another look, and Bruno's popped onto the radar with a search. They had the moon bounce I wanted, despite me booking with about two weeks notice, at a great price and without some ridiculous mark up for delivery on top of the rental fee. They were quick to respond, and any questions I had were answered quickly. The drop-off happened several hours earlier than we had requested, which gave my son a couple of hours of fun before his party, and pick-up was prompt. The guys setting it up were fast and courteous. And they were very responsive and helpful! They didn't have the bounce house I requested but offered alternatives. We rented a moon bounce and a large Connect 4 from Bruno's for my grandson's 3rd birthday party in June. The equipment was good but the set up was not. The set arrived in a timely manner. After the children bounced for a while, the moon bounce began to collapse with two children inside. We were able to lift the deflated portion and retrieve the children. After checking, we realized that the power cord had pulled away from the generator. We reconnected it and the bounce reflated. The children continued to play. The bounce again deflated after the children bounced for a while. We then realized that the bounce had not been anchored to the ground and moved from the children bouncing. At that point, we decided that it was too dangerous for them to continue. I called the office on Monday following the Saturday party. I was informed that I needed to talk to the owners after 5:00, which I did. I explained the situation to the female who answered the phone. She assured me that their installers are trained to anchor the bounces and take pictures of their work. She indicated that she would check the pictures and get back to me. She never did. After about 2 weeks, I phoned and left a message for a return call, which I never received. I called again about a week later and left a message. A male returned the call. He was very unprofessional condescending. He continued to stress that I should have called them at the time of the party and they would have had someone come to rectify the problem. I stressed to him that the problem was not me not calling him but the bounce was not properly installed. He questioned what I wanted from him. I indicated that some form of payment readjustment should be considered as the bounce was not able to be used for a portion of the party. On at least a couple of occasions, he then accused me of wanting something for nothing. When I no longer felt he was understanding of the dangerous situation posed by the improper installation nor of my position, I ended the call. I would not recommend this company to anyone. In response to Gary's response to my review, there are some inconsistencies. First, let me say that I am not attempting to discount any of the previous reviews by individuals who have rented from you before. As a matter of fact, this was one of the reasons we selected your company, because of these reviews. My comments are based upon MY experience with your company. You are incorrect about the delivery/pick up person not being told about the situation. I in fact, personally told him about it and pointed out to him that there were no anchors in the moon bounce and the problem with it deflating twice. He informed me that I should call the office on Monday. 1. You are correct. The moon bounce was delivered and picked up according to the contract. I indicated this in my initial post. No problem with that. 2. You are correct. We did not phone you. At the time there was too much going on with several young children and a party to finish. At the time, the safest thing to do was to shut it down. Regarding your comment, "If there was one" (safety issue), i have no reason to be dishonest about my claim. 3. When I spoke with the female on my first call to you, she asked if I was the person who rented. I let her know that I was not, but was the mother of the renter. I also informed her that I was handling the situation for her because she was busy and not able to follow up. At no time did this person indicate that she had to communicate with the renter. She also indicated that she would get back to ME about the pictures of the bounce set up (which I nor my daughter have ever received). 4. I never asked that you refund any money to me. I only asked that you refund a partial amount of the payment to my daughter for the time that the children were unable to use the bounce after we left it deflated. You offered a credit towards another rental in the future. As this is not something that is is in our immediate or long term plans, this offer was not acceptable. read more

We used Bruno's for my sons birthday this past weekend. I had never rented a bounce house before so i looked on craigslist and found their ad. They had great customer service, competitive pricing, no hidden fees and the moon bounce that was delivered was perfect! My wife purchased a Groupon or Living Social deal for Bruno's. We decided to use them for my daughter's graduation party at our house. They promptly showed up at the time they told us and set everything up exactly where we asked them to. The kids had an absolute BLAST! The bouncy house was clean and in great condition. They said they would return between 7:30pm and 8:00pm. They were a little late because they were picking up other houses and it made no difference to us because everything was outside of the house. They also brought 25 folding chairs which were clean and practically brand new. That was an additional $20 that was well spent. Bruno's responded promptly to let me know that while they did not have any availability for the day I requested, they checked with another company they know and trust, and the other company had availability. We contacted Bruno's last September about a rental for later that month for our grandson's birthday and they couldn't have been more helpful Due to our last minute decision, the selection was a bit limited but we still found a great option and ordered it. We were then contacted the next week and notified that they had just purchased a couple of additional bounce houses and one was what we had originally wanted so if we wanted to upgrade, they would make the change. We upgraded and things went perfect, with he delivery and later pick-up, but with the kids reaction to it. They couldn't have had a better time.
