Always incredibly accommodating, the equipment was great and reasonably priced! I've see them for years!

I had a party this past Saturday evening that went horribly bc of this company. I rented 2400 worth of items, a ride tables and chairs and a bounce house. I was contacted on the previous Tuesday and told they would arrive at 345 for my 4pm rental. I explained to the young lady that that was CERTAINLY not enough time at all and she assured me there would be plenty of men to help with the set up. Then I received an email Friday explaining that they would arrive at 2pm but may be delayed bc of traffic and was relieved they changed the arrival time. Meanwhile i paid an extra delivery fee bc there was a distance to drive. Well 330pm Saturday rolled around and still hadn't heard a word about arrival. When I called I was meant with an attitude and told they would be there by the quoted 345 arrival time. They arrived with 2 ppl at 350 a young man and a woman. It took 25 mins just to park the ride properly (in a super easy location) then my guest had to set up the table and chairs themselves. Next was the bounce house disaster. That took an hour and a half to get properly inflated, the guy didnt checked the zipper on the bottom and blew a fuse twice in the house. Then it had old food and icing all over the inside they did stay an extra hour but everyone left by the originally slated 7pm time. Even my son was back in our house. Honestly it ruined the day my husband and I were stressed and short with guests and even the birthday boy bc we were dealing with the horrible experience. I paid the full amount remaining in cash like an idiot bc i thought the company would certainly make it right, they essentially ruined our party. I asked for $400 refund the cost of 30 mins of the rental. I thought that was more than fair. They refused, will not let me speak to anyone higher in the company and are lying completely about times they quoted me etc. just want to warn anyone else to steer clear! read more

My experience with the company this year was not great at all. The set up crew left an adhesive strip on the bottom of the pool, which hurt several kids. I sent a picture of the first kid going down the slide and it showed that the strip was not attached from the beginning and I got no response from management. We had a great time with the gaming for my sons 8th birthday, The only issue we had was is the some of the games needed to be updated and were not done prior to the party starting which caused a handful of the kids to be sitting around while waiting on the console to update. It took about 15 minutes to get it all setup and we didn't get the extra time aded on to the end of the party. I had a very last minute request for a moon bounce and tables when our original place cancelled on us last minute, which they accommodated and I appreciated so much. Unfortunately, the rest is eh. I received a text the night before at 11:36pm (very late to be texting someone) regarding the delivery window which was 10:30-11:30am and pickup between 4-6pm. The text said to call, text, email if we needed anything. I emailed asking if we could do a 5pm or later pickup. No response. Delivery day: At 11:30am I received another text saying they were running behind, it'd be closer to 12:20pm but arrived closer to 1pm. I was like, ok, well given that they arrived an hour and a half later than they said, they'll make it so we have it longer - especially with my email request. Gave me a shirt for the inconvenience- thanks! Well, to my surprise, they arrived at 4:00pm to pick everything up! When I questioned it, they said that I could call and pay to have it extended. Mind you they had already deflated the moon bounce and were looking for the tables once I realized they were there. With what I had already paid, I wasn't going to pay more. It's sad it had to go that way as this place was highly recommended and how great it was that they were able to accommodate the late request. read more
