Your crew of 8 took 2 weeks to complete (if you can call it complete) a job that an actual roofing crew of 5 could have completed in 3. No one spoke to any of you on your evaluation of the roof, you just showed up. Ringing our door bell at 7 am asking us to move all of our vehicles from the driveway. Your crew started at 7 am with a compressor running and hammers banging with out even notification as to when it would start. You knew the ordinance was to start at 8. Then a package of photos I had been waiting on was delivered and yourself or your crew found it necessary to push it off to the side of the porch and place muddy shoes on top for it to be rained on daily instead of leaving it where it could be found. Leaving the box and photos destroyed! Just like you fabricated me not answering your calls, that you never made. Then for 3 days you left your trailer full of trash in our driveway blocking our access to our own driveway in a community where the ordinance states; no parking on the street or grass. I asked the crew nicely, everyday for it to be moved at the end of day. Just to be lied to and told yes ma'am it will be moved. I show up after 4pm and the trailer had been left again and again. On the 3rd night I left Ed Mobley a message telling him to move it or it will be towed. His response was to contact Glynn County police department and have them come to our home with a warrant. You were denied access after that to repair the ceiling because you don't know what you are doing and your untrustworthy. Why would I grant permission to enter, after your company did all of these things. I wouldn't allow you or any of your crew who the majority looks like they just came out of prison or thought they were kid rock. It's easy to say what you want and call police making accusations. Maybe that's what you and your employees should do because you do not belong in construction. The roof still leaks and it wasn't finished. Your response doesn't even explain the bad workmanship, the inconsideration or the inability to behave in a professional manner. In addition your crew filled our yards with cigarette butts.

He did a great job of aligning several doors. However, painting is another matter. When you paint…read moreyou also paint the trim around the windows installed on a door, requiring blue masking tape and time. He did not paint the windows trim, just the door(s) up to the trim. Sloppy, shoddy, and unprofessional. Similarly, he got paint on the tabby coating on both sides of the front door, and left paint missing from around the dead bolt. Then came the pocket doors fiasco. I approach this by stating what should have happened. First you inspect and remove one lock and see if it can be repaired and learn what fault exists, potentially precluding excess labor and time. Instead he went to Lowe's to obtain replacement locks, both of which he stated were seriously lacking substance. Yet, he elected to spend two hours boring out new frame openings to allow these new locks to be used. The only way to use the outer door lock is to engage it fully before shutting the door, a quirk, but it worked. The inner master bath lock was another matter. Hours after he left I used the toilet room and engaged that lock, the one never shown while he was present; it was wobbly, made a clicking sound when closing the door, was cheaply made, but it locked. When I tried to open it, it took me four minutes to open the door. I informed him this was unacceptable and these need to be replaced. I ordered replacement locks from Amazon, and kept his apprised of their arrival, so he could repair his mistakes. This never happened. He has no intention of fixing my doors after screwing up the framing. Thus, keep him away from painting doors and repairing locks on pocket doors.

After explaining the problem Costal rushed out the same day and was shocked that Tyson, who is not a licensed electrician, completely screwed up my installation. Not only was the wrong outlet put in but the wires were so loose that if they had come loose l, and connected to the box it could have killed anyone coming in contact with the exterior box.
