He squeezed me in, under the wire, to help me get termite damage remediated on a vinyl sided shed, per a VA inspection. He also replaced a window per the VA lenders requirement. He installed a kitchen range hood, installed door trim, and did drywall and paint repairs for me at a couple of properties. He's reliable and trustworthy. In one instance, we had purchased a heavy gate to be installed in the new doorway that Andrew put in between 2 of our warehouses. After installation, Andrew noted that the gate was significantly longer than we needed for that space and recommended that we remove one of the sections of the gate. He then volunteered to do this at no extra cost even though it required him to take the entire gate down, dissemble it and then reinstall it to the doorway. It is the little details like that make Andrew an exceptional contractor and one that we will continue to work with again and again. The sub-contractors he uses are the worst I have ever seen and their work (if you can even call it that) is terrible. We purchased a home this year that remodeling was done by David Lee for the seller. We have fought tooth and nail to get the final work that was part of our contract to be completed - to no avail. He will not even honor the one year builder's warranty that was promised - which I feel sure would be horrible anyway! He has no conscious! I have called the county building department concerning him and they will not say anything outright (due to their position), however, enough was said between the lines to know the building department thinks he is a shyster - my word not theirs. I also called the Georgia Building Commission to complain but found out his license "expired" and is "pending renewal"; they would not comment on the reason. This man needs to be held accountable for his actions (non-action) and the lack of craftsmanship from his sub-contractors. I feel pretty confident, the sub-contractors he uses for his business, Island Floors and Remodeling, are the cheapest and least knowledgeable people he could possible find. Legal action needs to be taken against this man and I am considering my options with this. DO NOT use David Lee or his business or you will find yourself in a total mess with no recourse except the legal system - which I doubt will be able to recover anything from him!

They just about finished the roof a month ago and took them over a week that similar roofs were replaced in the same street same square footage in two days. As of this date the half day job for interior touch ups (according to their project manager such as sparkling and painting) three days passed and is not finished. Infect the painter called to tells us he is working on another emergency job and if he can reschedule for next day.

This is the second time that I have had to deal with these contractors in a year and not by my…read morechoice. They have no respect for property. While working on another unit, they came onto my porch and used the power without my permission and then threw their cords over my plants. The first time I had to deal with them at another residence, my husband had to tell them how to put in the firewall. They could not get a wall straight and they stole some of my equipment. The workers spend more time sitting around than actually working. Three breaks between 9 am and 1145, then off to lunch. If the workers are being paid by the hour, that would explain an over inflated price.
