When it came time for decisions about Mass cards and a dress (amongst other things), we were presented with a wide choice of options to make sure it was personal to our family. We were able to hold a morning wake with a small service at the end before the procession which was very appropriate. The Deacon was eloquent. I made some sandwiches to ensure my 85-year-old dad had something to eat, and Vinny was nice enough to run back and forth to the refrigerator whenever we asked for these and waters for our guests. Joe was our hearse driver, and he was excellent at waiting at the correct traffic lights so as not to lose anybody on the way to the cemetery. His Consecration prayer at the gravesite was perfect. I hope I don't talk to these guys too much, but I absolutely know where I'm going if I need compassionate, thorough funeral services.

In addition to the $300 fee for 'Dressing, casketing and cosmetology' I was charged $75 for a hairdresser. What a terrible way to take advantage of people at their weakest moments.
