When I asked about why some of the procedures were not covered, she was rude and said "because I met my cap for insurance." When I needed to cancel I called and the front desk staff explained that I was within my window to cancel and the Business Manager would refund my initial cost. She did not. After multiple calls, I was finally refunded. I would NOT recommend this Dental office.

I recently had my first visit at Paragon Dentistry, specifically with Dr. Jason Hui, for a routine cleaning, and I'm very happy that I went to them. The hygienist, whose name I believe was Kathleen, was outstanding, and I made a point to make sure she'd be the one cleaning my teeth when I go back in six months. I didn't spend as much time with Dr. Hui because there was no need to, but he did a great job of explaining the examination and X-ray results and what I can expect on future visits. I'm very glad to have found this practice, definitely plan to go back, and certainly recommend them to others.

Dr. Hazim changed my night guard to reprogram my bite, thus returning my bite to a neutral position. His temporary and permanent crown was made in-office and fit perfectly! I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes and I've been there numerous times. His prices are moderate, so not the cheapest in town but maybe you get what you pay for! Dr. Kung is also super friendly! I applaud his ability to remember everything I say to him during my last appointment. I come to Avant Dentistry because Drs Liang and Jackson have always treated me with compassion and respect since I started coming here 6 years ago. The dental assistants all do their best to keep me calm and the front desk, led by Ms Nancy keep me on track with cleanings.
