The hygienist, whose name I believe was Kathleen, was outstanding, and I made a point to make sure she'd be the one cleaning my teeth when I go back in six months. I didn't spend as much time with Dr. Hui because there was no need to, but he did a great job of explaining the examination and X-ray results and what I can expect on future visits. Recieved an explanation of Benefits from my insurance company and this office submitted had $506.00 for the cleaning and xrays. I called today and asked what they charge for a cleaning and they said it should be covered with my insurance.(did not mention I had already been there) I then asked why I was charged $60 at the time of service. My insurance company was submitted with a 506.00 bill. They claimed that the floride and cancer screening was an extra charge. Insurance did pay (them) 81.41. also was suggested that I needed an Invisalign for 4,760. Suggestion, get in writing what your visit will cost beforehand and what they will submit to your insurance company.
