The staff is so friendly! Going to the dentist is not always that fun..but this place makes it bearable :) I always enjoy talking with the ladies at the front. They are so easy to talk with. Dr. Kung is also super friendly! I applaud his ability to remember everything I say to him during my last appointment. I have pretty terrible memory myself, so I am always extremely impressed whenever he asks me about something I told him in the past. He is extremely personable and leaves a lasting impression considering patients don't talk with the dentist for too long during the cleaning appointment. I also got my wisdom teeth pulled not too long ago. I was just given some anesthesia. It was quick & easy! I was prescribed antibiotics and really did not need any painkillers because recovery was not bad at all. Even got a phone call from Dr. Kung checking how I was doing. She loves to get to know her patients. her room is the best because she has all these photos of her family and friends for her patients to see what she likes to do outside of work. I have lived in Dallas for 15 years and finally found the dentist for my whole family! Dr Kung is really good in his knowledge and skills. When I got my wisdom tooth retracted, it only took him a couple minutes and I did not feel anything! There was almost no blood and absolutely no pain. I can't imagine a better family dentist possible. My orthodontist, Dr. Tamara Jones, always commented how amazing my dentist is. And she often refers her patients to Dr. Kung as well. Even more, his assistants and office staff are amazingly good and friendly. I feel so at home here. They have coffee for you, a warm conversation, and great service. Both Michelle and Lisa are wonderful to do the cleaning. Kathy is the wonderful office manager. I never had any problem with anything, from scheduling to billing. And she always follows up after major procedures. In addition, when I brought my parents over, they provided the most suitable yet economic treatment plan for them, because they don't have insurance. They have a great experience too. My children, 14 and 5, love Dr. Kung as well. He is extremely gentle to kids and also plenty of kids movie and prizes for them! I've had bad dental experiences before, and I've come to hate dentists in general before coming to this place! This place proved me wrong! Dr. Kung and all the staff are very friendly and attentive. The office is very warm and welcoming. Made an appointment through ZocDoc, filled the patient forms online, and got at least two reminders for each appointment. Very fast and efficient patient intake. I have been postponing to have my five teeth (including my four wisdom teeth) for years because I was afraid of the pain and hassle I might have to go through. Kathy patiently explained me the procedure and insurance benefits. Dr. Kung also set my mind at ease with his excellent bedside manner. I did not have much question about the procedure itself, but Dr. Kung made sure I understood the procedure without overwhelming me at the same time. The whole extraction process was very pleasantly smooth, and the pain was minimal. The procedure was too smooth to the point that I thought Dr. Kung cast a vanishing spell on my teeth instead of pulling them out. He even personally made a follow-up call the next day to make sure I'm doing okay. With that said, I'm very glad that I found this place, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist or just anyone who might hate dentists in the first place! read more

After reading all the rave reviews, I decided to make an appointment here to have my wisdom teeth checked because I started to feel pain and discomfort. The entire staff is so kind and made my initial visit very comfortable. Dr. Kung recommended to get all my wisdom teeth pulled. I was able to schedule an appt for the extraction a week later! I had nerves about the numbing process more so than the extractions and the doctor and his assistant constantly checked on me and tried their best to keep me calm. It helped!
