On multiple occasions they been so flexible and have worked to squeeze me in. My last visit with them was a few months ago, and I wanted to get some deep cleaning done before my brother's wedding. They worked around my schedule on short notice to find what would work for me, which I was honestly amazed by. Both front desk people are awesome, Dr. Sokransky is very informative and exceptionally skilled - what I appreciate the most is that he doesnt try to sell you any procedure that you dont need. He actually cares, and practices with great integrity. Never had any uncomfortable or painful experience when VS Dental handled my teeth. I dont remember this being the case for any other dentists Ive been to, I usually experienced some level of discomfort with teeth work in the past.

I asked him for more work and he could have easily said yes (and did it like my previous dentists did) but he suggested I don't do as the cosmetic work I inquired about would ultimately be harmful and require more costly repairs/upkeep down the road. He said my teeth are healthy and fine so why mess that up! I went to see Dr. Bang last week for the first time after having probably the worst pain I have ever had in my life. He ended up removing my wisdom tooth and molar next to it immediately. All the x-rays, evaluation etc was done also and the time frame was less than an hour. I have bad teeth, passed down through the family unfortunately, however I was never talked to in a dictating way like I have been in the past, instead really positive in helping create a plan to restore my smile. Remarkably, I was prescribed the pain killers and antibiotics which I used only one pain pill. I can not say enough good things about my experience. I had a followup yesterday and took my children who are 5,3,1 for routine cleanings. All of them went well also. My 3 year old has always had a fear of pretty much everything and let Dr Bang clean all his teeth, count etc also. Can honestly say going back there and continuing the treatment plan is now something I am not scared of.
