I absolutely love this company! From the moment I called, they were all so respectful, kind and willing to help me anyway that they could. Within a week of making my first contact, this company came out and gave me an estimate, scheduled the job and completed the job! 16 months after our kitchen cabinets were lacquer painted they started to peel. I made several phone calls and text messages with no response. You would think for spending $3500 on lacquer paint it would last more than 16 months. read more

Had them (Kent) come out for a bid painting the interior. I appreciated that he was prompt and made time to come out right away. He seemed very knowledgeable and detailed in his approach so i felt confident in them doing a good job. He followed up with a bid that evening as promised which was also impressive so obviously organized which is hard to get from contractors sometimes. Unfortunately the price was much higher than I expected and double that of another bid I received so I didn't use them. I am always willing to pay more for better service and work but this was not competitive based on my experience dealing with a number of properties and painting contractors over the years. read more

I had Brush Brothers come out and paint my brand new home. I wanted lots of detail work that I just didn't get with a builder box. They painted all of my trim grey through out the entire house. They painted several dark grey accent walls with perfectly straight lines. I also had them paint every door in my house grey. The doors look awesome! There are no drip marks, clean shiny finish. Had Blake out to give me a bid . very knowable and came on time and I enjoyed our visit. As I get my daughters Townhome ready for school I am finding out contractors are really in demand here in Logan . and when there is a supply and demand problem yes it gets pricey so i expected to pay more for the work, however it was a lot more with Brush brothers and I am sorry to say I could not go with them. as a mater of fact I got two painters driving up from California painting for 1/2 the price. Thats how high our bid was. I'am sure they do good work and I'am sure most will be happy with them so my review does not represent the work itself. Also if I were them and a contractor in that area I would do the same thing as every job they take means they lose a job as the demand is high . Look no further than brush brothers for your next paint project. I had hired a painter and had to fire them because of the poor quality partway through the job. A relative recommended Brush brothers i called Blake in the evening with my urgent paint job that was partway done. Blake was in contact with me within an hour. The next morning the Kent came to the house to see the job and the following day he had a crew in my house to begin painting. Israel was kind, efficient, detailed. He went above and beyond to repair walls and to fill nail holes etc. meticulously walked through the house to touch up. I'm not sure I can recommend this company enough, they definitely save me by getting the job done so quickly as well as giving me a great price with very high-quality work. We put a new porch on our home and all new siding. The siding guys recommended Brush Brothers to paint the whole thing as we had no idea who to call. Brush Bros. completed the whole job in three days at the reasonable price. They also came back to fix a few minor blemishes at our request without delay. Mark and Kent were very knowledgeable and friendly, helping us know what to expect. The results were very pleasing. Expert painting of all the siding, trim and a special eave sections all in three different colors following our directions completely. Very disappointing. I had high hopes for Brush Brothers after a neighbor's recommendation and an initial consultation with one of the owners. Very personable and seemed quality-oriented. I almost hate posting a negative review because our personal rapport with them was so good. But the final product simply did not deliver. Unpainted trim pieces and door edges. Tape residue everywhere. Sloppy masking on baseboards in some areas. Lots of spots that needed a quick spackle touch up before painting that were missed. Detail work around windows in particular is horrible. We have non-textured ceilings and they did not back roll after spraying. Result: I can't do any touch ups for popped sheetrock screws. I know because they came back and did a couple of ceiling touch ups. They stand out like a sore thumb. The ceilings on the main floor need to be repainted entirely. And since I'm over budget on the house and out of money, it looks like I'll be doing it myself. :( One of the owners came back for a post-job review and I pointed out all the problem areas. "We want you to be happy," he said, and promised they'd come back in and fix them (minus the ceilings - they would charge me to repaint those). End result: no response to months of repeated calls and text messages. Looks like we're on our own now. It's depressing because the spec home we lived in before this had a better paint job. Then we built a custom home at twice the price and spent extra money on premium paint and the paint work is the worst aspect of our house. So disappointing. Lesson learned for our first (and last) new-home build: *never* pay in full until the job is done in full. And don't expect high quality results from Brush Brothers. read more

Brush Brothers was is painting contracted my builder used to paint my new home. I met with Kent prior to and work and was really clear with him that I had a professional painter do my last house and that my brother in law as a professional painter so I know a good paint job over a bad paint job, so I expected a professional paint job, that is not what I got. Paint was sprayed even walls have thin spots as does the ceiling, shelves were not sanded a few were but not all of them, molding were a mess they were sanded in the middle but the ends were just painted not prepped at all. As we watch this disaster taking place we could not talk to the paint crew because they didn't speak English. Any one who knows anything about paint knows that the prep makes the job in this case there was little to no prep Brush Brothers takes no pride in the work the provided they just slap it on and collect payment.
