They had done such professional work, so we didn't even shop around and get bids; we went directly with Rosewood Painting. Tim came out with a large choice of color samples; and, he provided insight on colors that would complement our stone, brick, and woodwork. A week later, they called and told us would be able to start in a week instead of the original 4-week lead time. The painting crew arrived exactly when they said they would at 8:00 in the morning along with the owners of Rosewood Painting. The crew quickly had the entire house masked off even around our built-in sun shades over our back deck/patio. They removed the light fixtures off of the walls since they were decorative and didn't want to chance painting around them. The team of 6 painters were done by 6 o'clock at night. We have a very large home, two-tone paint, yet they were done in less than 10 hours. We would highly recommend Rosewood Painting. We have heard from neighbors that they also do indoor painting as well and tile work. We will definitely use then in them future.

He and his guys finished 3 days ahead of schedule and brought my wife and I cookies on day one of the project. He and his guys were knowledgeable and courteous, and talked to us the whole way through so we were informed and understood everything that was going on. My wife's friend had Jason doing a remodel on their house and they asked me to come on to help after it was running months past the time line. I agreed to help out but the work that he had done is so bad He installed the flooring leaving huge gaps around door jambs and areas that his edges are just under an inch away also he has 4in. Transitions that have a 1/2in. elevation change that I don't know how I'll be able to fix without removing the flooring. The grout in the shower is flaking away after only a couple weeks of being in there. He also installed Sheetrock for a ceiling and didn't use any tape for the joints so they have all cracked. I worry about the plumbing that he did behind the shower tile. I can't find any job that he was hired to do that he came anywhere close to doing properly.

After he left yesterday when I went to clean up after him, I opened the closet door in the bathroom and was surprised to see that he hadn't replaced the flooring. I texted him and he basically said I was the problem because he gave me a good price and that I was being ungrateful. I'm not going to lie and say he didn't work hard and try to do a good job. I think Richard lacks in customer service skills and maybe his abilities are not up to such difficult tasks. I was very disappointed that we couldn't come to an understanding about finishing the job because we had talked about more projects around my home that needed to be done. *I just read Richards response to my review. I don't like being dismissed as the problem here. I have an estimate and text messages to back up what I have claimed. The vinyl he says I was to provide was left over from a previous flooring job and was an OPTION to use not the plan that his estimate was based on.
