So I arrived a few minutes late as told, only the stylist wasn't even at work yet. I waited another half an hour for her to show up. I was worried about the appointment going over, but received no apologies when she arrived. The icing on the cake was that the color didn't even take. The stylist didn't charge me for the appointment, which was the one grace of the day. But I wasted 3 hours and still had to make another appointment. And right now, I am sitting at the salon AGAIN waiting for a third stylist, who is also now over half an hour late to work. Now, there's bad luck and there's bad service, but I'm pretty sure I'm getting equal doses at this salon. Customer service just doesn't seem high priority. I went to another salon, which is where I found out that the solution HAS TO BE WIPED OFF. Go somewhere else , where they know what they are doing. Your eyes are to valuable to put them in this kind of risk.
