I'd give the place a 5-star rating, but it's super, super pricey (my bill was near $200), which may or may not be reasonable depending on what I had done (I don't go often enough to salons to accurately gauge, but I know I got sticker shock when I got the bill). I've had expensive haircuts in the past, and you get what you pay for, so it just depends on how much you want to spend, but, regardless, Mariomax is a fun and lively place. A couple months later she decided to call me and say that she "made a mistake" by double booking me, and that she has another bride who's bringing her entire family to do their makeup with Venus, and she can't take me anymore. I was so furious! I begged her to please take me and then take the bride and her family afterwards since it was just me. She kept telling me that she cannot anymore, and NOT ONCE did she apologize! I know her story was made up and she saw that she could make more money by taking on an entire family with the bride! I am so disgusted!
