Ended up having to go elsewhere for a proper cut and a moisturizing treatment and then paid an additional $120 for new products to preserve and heal the condition of my hair. Notified the salon and they absolutely would not refund any of my money and stated only 2 other customers complained in 25 years of business and they've never refunded anyone. They claim the best they could do was to offer me the same services that I had already gotten elsewhere plus a toner. I definitely do not have confidence in going back to the same place that already messed up my hair to possibly mess it up further. These pictures were taken by the 3 stylists at the other salon who were appalled that the stylist who did my hair even had 20 years of experience and strongly advised me to get my money back. All the products are well organized, and the shelves are well stocked. All the staff are skilled and professional, while greeting customers with courtesy and friendliness. I am impressed with the way this salon is managed - the staff appear to like their jobs, each other and the customers, and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed.
