Phenomenal ices! My husband loves the grape and, tonight, I got the spicy strawberry mango! Not spicy, but mango sorbet with strawberry swirls and chile speckled throughout. Yum! Bruster's Ice Cream didn't quite meet the hype or expectations we had going in. The flavors were fine, but fairly standard and nothing really stood out. It's good ice cream, just not memorable. When comparing it to Andy's Frozen Custard, I'd honestly pick Andy's any day for richer flavor and overall experience. Not bad, but not a place I'd go out of my way for again. read more

Delicious ice cream with lots of flavors to choose from! They also make sundaes and concretes which I look forward to trying. They allow you to taste different flavors before making a (very tough!) decision which is great because there are so many options. The service was friendly and they also have a rewards program. The line to order from the walk up window was incredibly long, we decided to do the drive up instead because it was shorter. We both ordered a turtle sundae. Both of the sundaes were good, there was a more than generous amount of pecans, chocolate syrup and caramel. We opted for butter pecan ice cream instead of vanilla and experienced a pit of pecan overload. It was good, but the next time we'll go with vanilla instead. Tried this place for the 1st time and it was really good. Just a little sad that some of the stuff on the app, they didn't have. So, that was a bit disappointing. Overall, would definitely come back but if ur going, go during the week and not late afternoon. They get super slammed! Delicious! This was our first visit and we'll definitely be back! The kids really liked the cotton candy explosion and I really enjoyed the chocolate raspberry truffle, but so many flavors sounded great. They also have icee type drinks perfect for these hot days. Very nice, clean friendly establishment . This is a new location & new business in the area so people need to be understanding that they are getting things going & there will be longer waits, busier hours on weekends etc while they are getting the ball rolling. Some of the best, creamy, super smooth ice cream I have tasted. There are options for everyone & more dairy free options than most ice cream places I have been to. This place is great! They have a variety of options of which are all delicious. The service is relatively quick with like 15 families here at once. The outdoor seating gives the oppurtunity to see the nice sunset. Baskin Robbins is my personal favourite so I go there more. But I should rethink my ice cream preferations. So go here! read more

For the love of frozen dairy treats! Wow. My son and I stopped in last night and decided to grab a couple of pints to bring home to the family. I was at first disappointed at the price point BUT 3 of us had the Rocky Road and there is still some leftover. The thing is...it is SO good that a little goes a long way. I'm a big ice-cream fan and can easily put down a pint of Ben and Jerry's, so this is a game changer! Service was great but the ice-cream was better. Went for the first time last night and it was packed, rightfully so! So many amazing flavors for literally everyone, fun options for kiddos, anyone with diary restrictions or is vegan has options to! Bruster's has been on peoples mind forever because it took a long time to open. Finally on March 14th it's opens and what I will say is it's really tasty and the ice cream is fresh because homemade ice cream melts faster. Let it be known that I am not an ice cream person nor do I crave ice cream as a dessert. Now, let me tell you about the time I became an ice cream person but only for this ice cream. This is a walk up window or drive thru ice cream establishment so I imagine they would be busier in the summer. The staff are quick with the orders. They offer so many flavors and of course have classic menu items like shakes and sundaes. I also applaud them for having non dairy options to try and cater to a broader audience. I have fallen in love with two flavors here and have gotten it 4 times in a month which is a lot. I order the same thing: two scoop cup of graham central station and southern banana pudding. Graham central station is graham flavored ice cream studded with chocolate chunks. Southern Banana Puddin is banana flavored ice cream with Nilla wafers throughout. Both flavors are executed so well. It's not overly sweet and it is true to its flavor without tasting artificial or like a chemical. These two flavors are incredible. Graham central station has that perfect toasted nuttiness you expect from a graham cracker and is balanced by semi sweet chocolate chunks but it is not overpowering. Southern banana puddin has that banana flavor right on the spot but it's subtle and just enough. It's like an essence of banana and combined with that softened Nilla wafer is such a treat. I love this combo together since it kind of tastes like a banana cream pie. I have recommended this combo to everyone and they have all loved it. Give it a shot you won't regret it. read more

I was actually excited to see a new place open up and one that actually makes its own ice cream, I also expected the portion size to be fair. One scoop is literally just one average scoop, I ordered 2 scoops and the ice cream scoops were so small they didn't even touch the sides of the little cup it came in. Okay at best. It's new. I ordered a peanut putter cup sundae and it was around $9.50. It doesn't come with peanut butter cups.... Just ice cream, a little peanut butter topping and a ton of whipped cream, I'm assuming to make it look bigger. My daughter loved her birthday cake and my husband and son ordered blasts and both were okay. They expected them to be thicker. My husband it was like a shake with a mixin. Our party of 8 enjoyed this new ice cream place. The oat milk options were great for two of our lactose-intolerant friends - they loved both the raspberry white truffle and Oreo cookies and cream. The berry cheesecake and banana flavors were very good as well. The coffee chocolate chip was ok. Service was very fast. Lots of parking spots. YUM!!! Tried 3 different flavors and they were all tasty. The ice cream itself was not super sweet and the added ingredients tasted fresh. Hard to pick a fave but white truffle was amazing. The nuts tasted fresh and crunchy still, unlike most nuts that start getting a bit gummy from sitting in the cream for too long. You can really taste the difference because of the freshness. I usually don't like cookies and ice cream but the cookie craze just might change my mind. Weirdly addictive! read more

After I payed for my order and checking to make sure I had everything, I was just starting to turn back and mention to the cashier that they forgot a Vanilla Milkshake on my order. It gets quite hot in the summer. I would recommend some type of shade. Maybe add a little lattice, sun shade or fan. Parking lot is small and a bit hard to maneuver when it's busy. But the i e cream is good.

On the contrary, the Raspberry Gâteaux was on the sweeter side. My only critique is that I wish they had more seating. They only had one table outside.

Also got their croissants and the other pastries are well worth a try as well. Not meant to be much of a seating area, but they have a cute aesthetic with a lot of pastries on display. Parking is plenty and the staff are really kind.
