I was cleaning up and doing maintenance in the backyard because the plants and trees were getting out of hand. Thus, I decided to cut and trim the plants with my uncle to make the backyard look better. However, I forgot about the mess that we've created after finishing the trimmings. One of our plans was to rent out a dumpster unit and to fill up the truck ourselves. The other plan was to hire someone else for their services. I decided to look through Google and Yelp to see what options I have. This would lead me to use the Yelp app and its feature of requesting a quote and sending my pictures and requests through the app. At first, I thought I only sent the request to Bryan, but Yelp asked if I wanted to send my request to other business near a certain mile radius from my location. I decided to use it and see what other options I had. After an hour, I decided to check my phone and see what messages I got from the businesses. Many of the businesses were charging an arm and a leg for my specific request. Some of them wouldn't even accept my request, stating that it's too difficult. However, Bryan's response was what caught my eye. He not only gave me a quote that was substantially less than what others have quoted me, but he also gave me a discount as well. He stated that he will match other businesses and that his work ethic will be better than the others. He wanted to build a relationship and gain another client thought trust and hard work. He decided to give me a couple dates as to when he would be available, but I haven't received all of the other business response. So, I told him if he could come by and check out the actual amount that he would be cleaning up. He gave me a slightly higher quote, honestly a very small increase, and states that he would be able to fit out trimmings onto his truck. We decided to set a date after and he came by with his employees and tools to get the job done. He made sure to get everything and to clean up after he was finished with the job. Not only that, he finished the job quite efficiently and effectively. I thought that it would take him much longer to finish. Furthermore, he stated that much older and dryer branches and leaves are much harder to haul away, but decided to clean up everything without increasing his quoted price. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone that needs either cleaning up services or demolition services. Bryan came to remove a bunch of sheetrock, insulation, and fiber board from a wall I had torn down. He was able to come on short notice and gave a reasonable price considering the size of the pile. He also took a bunch of cardboard boxes and Styrofoam for me. He was very quick and offered to help finish cleaning up.
